  1. Ok. Its a shame that we can't access the game files though.
  2. Oh, ok. So, at this point, nobody but Rockstar knows the decryption key?
  3. MAC

You could try running it in a windows virtual machine, but I'm not sure how well it will run.
  4. I have to say that apple does have a beautiful UI, but so do many flavors of android. Plus, Android is still more expandable and modifiable. I used to love apple products, but ever since Steve Jobs died, it seems like Apple's innovation died with him. They used to set the bar for cutting edge technology, but now they just copy features from other platforms (control center, for example, is a complete ripoff of android's).
  5. I prefer android myself, mainly because of the greater freedom it allows you (home screen widgets for example). I'll leave this here because it sums up my (and probably many other's) opinion on the new update:
  6. I'm not sure if this would be possible, since I haven't investigated how game data is stored on the xbox 360, but I was thinking that since GTA IV and GTA V share many engine similarities, how hard it would be to extract the car models (assuming they are stored in the same wft format that GTA IV uses) and then import them into GTA IV. Also, probably something harder, but quite awesome to do would be extracting the GTA V map and replacing some of the GTA IV map with it. How cool would it be to create GTA V for PC before Rockstar does! Sadly, I know that most of this can't be done, but I was just wondering what you guys thought about it. :)
  7. Yeah, in the US you only have to turn on your headlights if its dark out or if it's raining.

  9. Try rolling back to an older version of minecraft (or a newer snapshot) and see if it fixes it.
  10. If that doesn't work, you could try changing your minecraft OpenGL settings.
  11. I gotta go with the aerodynic as well!
  12. Yeah that's probably the closest he is going to get to a 2004 durango.
  13. I think he wants the second generation durango (2004-2009), which I haven't seen. EDIT: All I could find was a wip one: http://gtapolicemods.com/showthread.php?14436-GTAIV-WIP-2008-Dodge-Durango-SUV
  14. I think the one most people use is simple trainer: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=392973 Make sure you disable keybindings in the ini file or it'll mess with the keys of lcpdfr and els.
  15. Check the options menu to see if you somehow turned the hud off.
  16. Do you mean there is no map/circle at all, or that you simply can't see things like responding police units?
  17. If you already had lcpdfr, you should have had dsound.dll already. Xliveless, dsound, etc. are for loading the .asi files for mods. You don't need more than one asi loader, and you shouldn't have more than one. If the trainer interferes with the lcpdfr or els keybindings, you can turn off keybindings in the trainer config file, or temporarily through the trainer in-game options menu.
  18. That's because xliveless makes it so you don't use xbox live. If you would like to use xbox live, use a different asi mod (I use dsound.dll).

  20. Alienware computers are a waste of money. I'd highly recommend building your own, as you can more finely customize the computer and shave hundreds of dollars off the price tag. Refer to this thread for more: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> The point of the backup is to have a restore point in case anything goes wrong. This means that you should create a backup of the un-modded gta IV before putting in mods, not after. If you didn't make a backup of the un-modded game, you should be able to to restore it just by removing any files you added (like lcpdfr, trainer, etc.). Backups of your vehicles.img and img files can be found by a simple google search. Just to warn you, whenever GTA is modded, it will cause occasional crashes (while you are in game, not during startup). This is due to the way the game is coded, and cannot be prevented, though crashes can be kept at a minimum by using less mods or using the command line. To fix the DFA error, refer to this thread: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=451491
