You should be able to extract the peds yourself with openiv or sparkiv.

I also found that playing in offline mode also fixes the problem, though LMS's solution is probably better for the long term.

I have a lot of high poly cars and an ENB installed, plus some mods, so mine takes about 10-30 seconds of black screen before the menu comes up. I'm not exactly sure why, but when I first got the game and installed LCPDFR it loaded up right as the rockstar logo animation finished. The game still runs, so I'm not too upset about it. If it took like 5 minutes to load, then it would be an issue. You could always try re-installing the game and see if it helps.

I wonder if the airsoft company left off that last part of the barrel because they were just being cheapskates, or if there was an actual reason.

Hello guys, I have been working more on my LAPD AMC Matador, and I modeled a tire for it from scratch in blender (I'm more familiar with blender than 3ds max), but I need to know the best way of going about texturing it (either in blender or zmodeler). Mapping the tire tread is what I am specifically having trouble with, because I want the textures to tile properly, but I'm not sure how to map it without distorting the texture.
