  1. Theoretically its possible that they could work together, but it's unlikely. What you could do though if you wanted a variety of maps is to copy your GTA IV folder and install different map mods in the copies (this would take up a lot of hard drive space though).
  2. If you google around, you can find command lines that may help. You could try these to see if they help: -availablevidmem 1.7 -noprecache -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank
  3. I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but if you mean that you keep getting code 4 on every mission, usually if you wait long enough you'll get a good call. Alternatively, you could use braveheart's policing script for calls, which has a better variety of calls and doesn't get tons of code 4's.
  4. You could just close the ELS panel before inputting their name.
  5. I believe most map mods use the same area, but even if you did find one that didn't, it probably would affect the game's stability and performance to run both at once.
  6. Boy, it was brilliant for Sam to create the debate tag, because every single news thread involving shootings descended into an argument about gun control.
  7. I always try to use the building to go on duty, because I've found LCPD:FR doesn't like forcing duty as much (I get more bugs).
  8. If you go on duty with LCPD:FR, it automatically unlocks all the islands. You can also use simple native trainer to unlock them if you are off duty.
  9. Sure man! Just let me clean up some stuff and I'll send it to you in a PM.
  10. Same with me. I'm not sure if authors will repost their models. If it were me, I'd repost my models here, or at least somewhere where they could still be accessed. I'm not sure that will happen though, so we'll just have to wait to see if anyone is willing to share the model.
  11. Thanks. Making the skin has kind of motivated me to do a SHIELD pack, but I don't want to steal coolman's idea, because I'm not sure if he was going to publish it.

  13. Ah, ok. Does EA not care about Driver:SF models being released then? A lot of people have converted EA models.
  14. Ok. Just wondering, but why is ripping the model from APB Reloaded and posting it different than ripping a model from Driver:SF and posting it? I would think either you would either be allowed to post models from every game or not allowed to post any.
  15. How does this look? http://www.lcpdfr.com/uploads/monthly_10_2013/post-75491-0-19402600-1382119758.jpghttp://www.lcpdfr.com/uploads/monthly_10_2013/post-75491-0-47130000-1382119764.jpghttp://www.lcpdfr.com/uploads/monthly_10_2013/post-75491-0-02731100-1382119771.jpg
  16. That looks pretty similar to the ambulance in APB Reloaded. I wonder if someone could convert it.
  17. No, all i need to know is which model (2003, 2008) you are using so I can use the right template. Edit: Also you'll need to change the car's paint material in zmodeler to something like mesh or interior2 to make it matte.
  18. The skin is probably pretty easy to make. I'm no expert at making skins, but I'll give it a shot.
  19. I agree with what you are saying, but government employees think differently of government money than they would of their own money or their companies money. For example, I know an engineer who works for the Department of the Navy, and the government allocates money to be spent on certain things, like making a base more environmentally friendly and things like that. Him and his fellow engineers were allocated a couple million dollars to use for something like improving buildings (I don't remember exactly what it was for), and the money was set to expire soon if they didn't use it, so they just built a whole bunch of useless solar panels. This kind of waste is not an isolated issue and illustrates the general "use it or lose it" mindset of government employees with government money. The spending attitude needs to change, and the government's employees need to spend frugally and responsibly like they would at a private company.
  20. I believe they used simple trainer to spawn in the plane and flame jets.
  21. Your interests are almost exactly like mine! I'm a senior in high school, I am also applying for aerospace engineering (in the western US though). I used to be an AYSO Soccer referee. I'm also a C/CMSgt in Civil Air Patrol.

  23. Though it is very, very unlikely that the government would collapse, it is still a possibility. Just because someone says something that you disagree with doesn't make them a moron.
