  1. I think it would get repetitive and boring really fast, and it's not worth the effort to implement.
  2. Usually after major (widely covered) shootings, there are a bunch of copycat shootings/murders around the nation. I'm not saying that this event was spurred by the Nevada shooting, but that's what usually happens.
  3. Creating new peds and cars is quite a lot of work. More so because a lot of car modelers don't have any experience with peds. If you post what lighting setup you wanted on the cars, usually members of the community can link you to a car that has pretty much the same lighting setup as the one that you want.
  4. I think .91 works on multiplayer. I would double check that everyone you are trying to play with has the exact same mod setup as you (exact same cars, map, etc.). I've seen youtube videos of people using map addons like red desert in multiplayer LCPDFR, but I'm not sure how it's handled if the entire map is replaced.
  5. It's awesome to see how lightbar technology and design continues to evolve!
  6. I'm running the game4video ENB right now if you want me to take some screenshots.
  7. Here are some vanilla backups for you if you need them: http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/file-backups/
  8. Nice job man! Your lighting is very well laid out!
  9. I always thought firearms just fired blank rounds like they would a regular round, I didn't know that they made specific blank firing ones. I suppose they could own a cap gun, but (in the US) those have to have an orange tip on them.
  10. Thanks man! That worked for me. It is Doublewide Bold Italic.
  11. Well, it looks similar, but the letters in your signature are more square-ish than the font used on the car.
  12. Hi guys, Sorry about having to make a thread about this, but I can't find what font this is, so I figured I'd post here and see if any of you know.
  13. Do you have a legal copy of GTA IV?
  14. Did you remember to install a .asi loader like the modified dsound.dll or xliveless?
  15. br100x commented on Drcode3's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  16. Wow, a ford focus seems kinda small to me. Do they use those for regular patrol?
  17. It don't think it is the safest thing to use parts of your username in your password, but hey, at least it's easy to remember.
  18. Wow, that's a tough act to follow! Those were hilarious! Here is a random Cyanide & Happiness comic:
  19. I'm not sure entirely what you are asking, but to give yourself better weapons, you can use the simple native trainer. If you want more realistic weapons, there are weapons mods that make them more realistic.
  20. Hm, well you could try and get some edited street textures, though I'm not sure anyone has made any for German streets.
  21. I have a very rudimentary knowledge of gta IV map modding, so I wouldn't be able to help you much, but you could try using this in conjuction with openIV and zmodeler to edit the map and map objects.
  22. You could also try disabling the simple native trainer key bindings.
