It's like minecraft, but for spaceships, and it's in a free alpha right now (http://star-made.org/). The only thing I don't like about it is how much clicking is required to build a spaceship.

Hello, Sorry to bother you all again, but I need to uv map my tire's sidewall, but with the generic tire texture, my tire cannot fit: Is there a way to scale the tire so that the overall size stays the same, but bring in the inside part so it all fits in the sidewall part? (Either in zmodeler or 3ds max)

I believe that the lights are supposed to be blue and amber, not red and blue. The light texture is usually called emergelights_emis.png or something like that.

It looks to me like the ENB is causing it. Does this error happen to any other cars, because if not, doing what sharpcommand said should fix it.

I think if you call a prisoner transport, LCPDFR only allows the prisoner to be placed into the prisoner transport vehicle, and sometimes there may be cars blocking the way to the vehicle, so the pathing system gets messed up. If you stop one of the people randomly running away from cops on the street (but not arrest them), the cop chasing after the criminal will usually load him into any nearby police car (including your's).

I'd probably opt for a newer processor, but you might have to get a new motherboard too in order to support the newer socket CPU's. Micro center had a deal a while ago where you could get $50 off a motherboard when you bought a new processor, so I'd look for deals/combos like that.

COD 2 is my favorite version of the game. I stopped buying them after MW3, because it just didn't feel realistic anymore. In COD 2, the health system was much better and guns were much more realistic. World at War had better graphics and some sweet maps and a good story, but the damage was beginning to feel more arcade and fake. The newer games feel like they were developed exclusively for 10 year-olds who have no real skill or knowledge of real weaponry or battle tactics.

Pretty much the only thing strict weapon laws do are keep weapons out of the hands of honest citizens. If someone has no moral qualms about murdering another person (which is against the law), they certainly would have no objection to owning weapons illegally. Though strict laws would curb the gun supply, I'm sure you could buy any weapons you wanted for the right price, which would spur more robberies and drug sales to finance the weapons. *Note that this is strictly my opinion and you are free to disagree with it. Also, this topic is not tagged as a debate topic, so please don't drag this out into a 10 page long thread about whether guns should be legal.

Nice tip, but if he owns other games like me, F1 is a commonly binded key, so F1 might not be the best option. Keep in mind that you can also map modifiers with a key to avoid conflicts (like CTRL+F12 or shift+F1). Yeah, CTRL+PRTSCR performs the same function as just hitting print screen (they left the old ctrl+prtscr key combo in for users who used ms-dos and others).

As dayton17 mentioned, even if you personally did absolutely nothing to earn your education, someone else did. As cp702 said, I'm sure that the Activision's lawyers reviewed the story to make sure there were no copyright infringements. Plus just because something is similar doesn't mean Ubisoft can win a lawsuit against Activision, as I'm sure the team of lawyers changed the story just enough to avoid infringement, assuming it ever did infringe.

I would assume that per the readme that comes with the file, you could still release it.
