Maybe that part of the module is using the lightsemissve material, therefore it turns on when the car is running, and off when it's not.

I must agree i love watching this show, especially it being in my homestate mabey 40 mins from my house!

LOL New Orleans is the murder capital of the U.S. It is deff very intense and corrupt!

So this is my new favorite show. It is action packed, and an emotional rollercoaster. My favorite part is that it gives follow up to all of the calls taken that night. It's on A&E, but can be found online.
 

I don't have any take downs in the lightbar( slicktop) so I'll try this. Thanks for the help VolvoGuy

LOL thats even worse! Also what ironic did i belive was take the 2 dummies for his extra 5 and 6 on his lightbar which is your takedowns. He moved both dummies into the spotlight and when your ingame and press  ---   ]   ---- your spotlight will lightup just as some takedowns do on your lightbar! Doing it this way is really easy but you sacrifice your lightbar takedown coronas only!

You should be able to just enable them in your ELS folder, also some car models the dummies arn't really in the center of the headlights and taillights. You can move them however you like best. You can also look in your ELS V8 winrar and open up the ELS USER GUIDE.pdf and there you can find out everything you need to know about coronas and how they work with your model!

Thats only for takedowns, he wants to enable the corona wig wags!

Don't change the texture itself. In zmod, switch to faces mode, click on the light mesh you want to edit, select all the lightemissive parts you want to edit, make sure selected mode is on, now switch to vertex mode, (you should see orange lines coming out of the selected areas), now go to paint -> color and select a dark grey color, and hit apply a few times (at least 5 times, you can click 2000 times as well, it won't get darker that way, but you need to click on it at least 5 times). Now the selected area should not be as bright as it once was, and the texture itself still has the same brightness you wanted.

Herro, I'm working on a challenger and I didn't have anywhere to put a console so I had this idea to make a Whelen Light and Siren Controller remote thing. I setup the lightsemissive so at night the officer can clearly see which one is Stage 1,2 or 3. But in game it's bright as f***. How can I tone down the brightness of the control so it's like the other objects in the car? Do I darken the green on the texture or is it something else?

Atleast they know how to have fun. Taking the job way to serious is what causes mental problems. this is a great example of how officers take their job seriously, and know when to switch off to laugh.
