  1. I'm going to the Midnight Launch! :D Everyone who pre-ordered the game can come at 10 pm instead of 12. But we still need to wait until 12 to get the game though :/
  2. Luckily I don't have a modded XBOX anymore, if I had, I wouldn't be able to resist these links. I hope Rockstar will take the links down.
  3. I think it would be pretty cool if we had a booking desk and some jail cells you could put suspects in. I think there's a cutscene interior with a booking desk, Francis McReary's office.
  4. Maybe an FS Valor? I love it, but I've never seen it been made for IV. http://sci2way.com/images/fs%20valor.jpg
  5. Yeah! Imagine running code 3 through the L.S Highways in a modded LSPD Infernus or something! :D

  7. Tired of waiting for GTA 5 to release? Do you REALLY REALLY want to try out the character switching function? Well here's the mod for you, it allows you to switch characters (Niko, Luis and Johnny) in the same style as GTA 5. Link: http://gtaxscripting.blogspot.com.br/2013/07/gta-v-style-in-gta-iv.html
  8. Cool, one question though, can you add pstockade as a patrol vehicle or is that impossible?
  9. World War Z, End of Watch and Inside Man.
  10. Hey, just wondering, me and my friends are desperately looking around for paramedic mods to use with disaster mods. Currently we're using the FDLC Script but it's not that stable. :/ Will EMS MOD work in multiplayer?
  11. Oh noes! Poor kitty D: (I guess that this post is kind of ironic when my profile picture and signatures are being invaded by dogs lol.)
  12. Just a little retexturing, and changing the lights colors to red, and you'll maybe have one of these:

  14. In this tutorial, I'm gonna show you how to get lights and sirens on a police vehicle which is added in a civilian vehicle slot. This tutorial requires some of the basics of modding vehicles by using OpenIV. Requirements: ELS V7 or 8 Legal copy of Grand Theft Auto IV - 1.0.7.0 or EFLC 1.1.2.0 OpenIV A text editor, for example, Notepad++ or GetDiz. A vehicle modification. WinRAR or 7Zip. Alright, first off, we need to download a car mod. Whatever car of your choice. ELS enabled ones are recommended since I have learned that there are problems with non-els vehicles. I'm gonna go with this one: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/1983-chevrolet-impala-libertychicago-police-f11974 Once you have the rar file open, you need to rename 'police2.wft' and 'police2.wtd' (or whatever the names of your files are) to a civilian vehicle slot name. I'm gonna rename them to 'vigero2.wft' and 'vigero2.wtd', since the real VIGERO2 is ugly as shit, so yeah! Like this: And now you can go ahead and add these two files in vehicles.img with OpenIV. Don't forget to make backups of the files you're replacing, and rebuild and save while you're at it! Okay, now that you've done that, let's check on what we have, in the OpenIV window, double-click on the vigero2.wft file you just replaced, and the whole vehicle will be shown. This is how it will look like in game. Don't worry about the wheels or any other missing features, that's just how OpenIV renders it. They will be there in-game. Now that we've added the vehicle into the game, let's change the vehicles.ide lines. Use Notepad++ and open vehicles.ide in the common/data folder. Make sure that it's not write-protected. Right-click on the vehicles.ide file and choose properties, then deselect the write-protection box. Then click ok, and open the file itself with notepad++ This is how it should look like: Now, go to police or police2, and copy this line from it: car, POLICE, POLICE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.2, 2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery (NOT the entire line, just the line that starts with 'car,'! and remove this line from vigero2: car, VIGERO2, VIGERO2, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW_HI2_HI2, 30, 999, 0.2237, 0.2237, 0, 5, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+livery+bangerexhaustfx and replace it with the line you copied from police or police2. Now save and if it is an ELS enabled vehicle, you need to add a new line to the bottom of the ELS.ini file which should be like this: [ VIGERO2 ] Status = on File = default_config Now try it out in-game. There you have it! You now have a police vehicle in a civilian vehicle slot! Thanks for reading my first tutorial, I hope it wasn't too hard to read. :D If you liked it, please feel free to press the green arrow over there --> And if there's something wrong or a problem, don't be shy and PM me about it!
  15. Well it's a lot better than the shit I made once.
  16. Try editing the vehicle.ide lines. Example: IMPORTANT: Make sure all the other players in your multiplayer game has the same exact lines as you do, or someone's game WILL crash.
  17. Nice, I think I'll use both. Thanks both of you.
  18. Is there any cops with helmets that work as motorcycle cops? I know that you can get a prop from another ped into another ped, but I don't know how..
