Less than 24 hours to go for gta 5  

 

  for those who are doing the midnight release party on Monday ( today) 

 

 

how many others are doing the midnight release party    / picking it up at midnight 

I am going to the midnight release with... my dad! We are both going to pick up our copies. 

I'm getting 2 copies. 1 from Rockstar themselves and I'll be buying the GAME exclusive edition aswell, both for PS3.

The thing is from 22:30 to 00:30 I am going to be stood outside my local GAME store trying to get people to move their deposits over to another game...the store opens at 11pm where they will have the game up and running and I really can't wait to see what it looks like.

Kinda sucks in my boat, ordered online through their warehouse and my payment is still in the processing stage.. Hoping to the game gods it gets cleared today and shipped asap so I can at least hopefully get it wed, tues would be sweet, but not likely at this moment :(

I be asleep, and that I don't have any Console, so I be play GTA IV or watching GTA V on twitch

6 hours? Damn! I probably won't be getting it tonight but I am determined to buy it sometime this week.

Yeah, I've seen it... but that's nothing I'll worry about too much. As I've said, it's just a game. I have much more important things to worry about ;)

I can't speak for everyone when I say this but I'm mainly excited to see a new map and the sheer scale of it. I've been playing GTA IV since it first came out and I can assure you Liberty City got boring very quickly.

agreed rockstar did not put a lot of effort into the game and I remember ign gave it a 10 out of 10 I mean really? I cant wait to see how much better the ai is especially all the police cars and how the vigilante missions will work

Well, for a lot of us, GTA is probably what got us into gaming. I know it was Vice City that first made me want to get a PS2. That then eventually led to finding this amazing community where a lot of us have found friends (even if they are in different timezones). When GTA has actually had an impact in your life, a new installment in the series is a big deal. Also, the game looks f*cking amazing.

Since IGN gave IV a 10/10, they'd have to give GTA V a 100/10 so the ratings can be comparable.
