There's no point in rendering in 1080p, 720p is more than adequate. I render mine in half size, 30 fps. otherwise most of the video will be nothing whatsoever. You'll need to compress the video from fraps, Fraps stores the recordings in uncompressed .avi files. I'll have about 8-10 gigabytes of recording for my 45 minutes videos, after being rendered in Vegas, they're down to 2,5 gigabytes. Another thing to take into consideration is your upload speed, run a Speedtest, I would advise to do so when the connection is idle, meaning no-ones uploading or downloading anything.
