Justified use of deadly force?
That's how it works in the real world, the same world where police work is black and white, and the suspect gives up the minute he sees the po-po. Newsflash, the world is grey, nothing but grey, the world doesn't work like that, there's people out there that hates the cops because "it's cool" to hate the pigs, people should try to be a cop just for one day.

Justified use of deadly force?
It's very, very easy to be sitting here and review the actions of the officer(s) involved in incidents, but fact is that they have to make split second decisions while being high on adrenaline and under a great deal of stress. The last thing officers need is hesitation based on the fear of after-action reviews, by either police, media and citizens, the latter two knows fuck all what it's like being on the street, the officers that conducts investigations and "reviews" usually haven't been on the street in years. Such things should be carried out by long serving officers with recent street experience, as well as officers that has been in a similar situation.

Justified use of deadly force?
It was warranted, the suspect did not react to the taser, which indicates that the suspect was under the influence of some kind of narcotic, PCP tends to make people immune to stuff like that, people on PCP can fight ten BAMF cops and win. The same applies with sending in the dog on the guy, it's just going to latch on, and he's going to keep charging. The guy were going for an officer with a raised weapon, and did not respond in any way to the taser, at this point, the only option for the officer is to shoot the suspect, the suspect placed the officers attending in a life threatening situation

LCPDFR 0.95 RC2 vs Police pursuit mod ( PPM 7.6) Differences
We currently do not allow suggestions for future releases. It's not really possible to compare the two, PPM is more of a shits 'n giggles mod, whereas LCPDFR are more realistic. LCPDFR builds on what is already available in GTA IV, such as the voice dialogue and models, LCPDFR is almost a strict script mod, apart from the new taser system, which requires the taser model. As far as more pursuits go, just stop a lot of cars, one will usually take off from you, you could alsocancel the traffic stop by pressing shift, repeat until the vehicle takes off.

Looking for a Trainer
I'd suggest that you use the "indicator script" mod, it allows you toggle the turn signals, as well as turn lights on and off during nights. You can find it in the download section here on LCPDFR

LCPDFR multiplayer is very, very buggy, the random world events will cause errors, as will using any form of car mod.

Vama is Federal Signals European brand/vendor, a lot of the European emergency services uses their products. The author stated that he's going to make an accurate lightbar, meaning it won't have the Whelen Edge it has in the image, but it will have the correct lightbar.
