Allowing vehicles to have more that one skin.
How complicated would that be?

Computer for LCPDFR
Any PC that can run GTA IV will run LCPDFR, there's already been several threads about this.

Traffic Stop Reasons
Some places, police needs a reason to pull over people, I.E. needs to see them break the law, and being a "suspicious vehicle" wouldn't be breaking any laws. Another thing to remember, is that there's no ped voice segments for those types of stops. I like the idea of approaching a vehicle on the passenger side, it's good for officer safety as the officer would be further away from moving vehicles, and it would give us an opportunity to do better traffic stops on vehicles that pulls into the centre reservation when you stop them. Another idea would be to make it so your partner approaches from the passenger side, instead of following the player ped around like a retarded puppy.

changing city
As I said, not at the moment, it would require someone to set all the events on the San Andreas Map, it's a huge undertaking and it won't be done by the development team, they're working hard enough as it is.

Can't Start LCPDFR
You've installed it in the wrong directory, remember to change it for EFLC.

For any real Peace Officers out there...
I've been heavily involved in our police for the past year and a half, and I'm yet to meet an officer that has a sense of arrogance about them, I've never had issues when dealing with them out in public.

Missing feature, or bug.
The Trunk search option is still very buggy, keep in mind that the current 0.95 releases are "work in progress" releases, meaning there will be a bugs. It wasn't the intentions of the development team to do those releases in the first place, but one of the tester couldn't live up to his responsibility, and leaked a copy and a guide to circumventing the security measures taken, the team then decided to release an official version. Just refrain from searching trunks for the time being.

SA in IV mod
I'd love for another game in Vice City, especially one that is as vibrant as the second incarnation. God I loved that game

I would have posted this in Suggestion but....
You can also change it using the SNT, there's not really any point to add it.

Polizia di Stato Alfa Romeo 159Li (Italian State Police)[WIP]
Which I'm assuming is one of the Federal Signal Vama lightbars I've seen the Polizia uses. Nice work.

This belongs in Random, I've moved it.

changing city
Look at the San Andreas to IV mod, it's still a WIP, and won't work with LCPDFR. Even if you went though all the hassle of actually creating an entire new city, you'd still have to make LCPDFR compatible with it. Just wait until GTA:V is out imo.

Trolling in FSX
That might need to happen....

Trolling in FSX
Ah, they're anal retentive when it comes to Roleplaying, that makes it all the more fun.

Trolling in FSX
Apart from the music, which sounds like a remixed fart, then not that much happened. One of my finer moments in trolling history happened a month or so ago in SAMP, long story short, I stole the admins fire truck right in front of him, drove like a bat out of hell while spraying the admin with water, this took place on a "RolePlay" server, good times were had by all.

Invisible Player Bug
Yeah, it goes a bit wonky at times, generally that's when you're too close to a wall. I've also had suspects disappear in the exact same way with the player, the incident should clear itself if it happens, otherwise a quick change of clothes via the SNT should do the trick.

good laptop for gtaiv
Yup, I forgot that part, you'll get a much, much better desktop machine for less than the pre-build ones, if you have any mates that could assist (if you don't know how), a bribe of a pizza and a pint tends to work wonders.

Emergency lighting modes (default cars/non ELS)
You mean what response form would be warranted in a given situation? It varies between the different US police forces, and the call type. Here's my take on it: One domestic can be deemed a code 1, as the RP (vic or concerned citizen) are only hearing a loud verbal altercation, or the vic simply wants to leave, they however, can also be deemed code 3 if there's a report of weapons and/or actual bodily harm (also making it battery, not "just" assault) taking place. I'd personally say that a drug deal would be a code 1, as there's no threat to anyone's life or well-being, and you need to actually witness the transaction taking place, as it's very unlikely that the dealer will admit, and the buyer will give up his dealer. Muggings would be a code 3 response, as the mugger are armed, although I'd suggest going off the noise when getting near the suspect, lights as well, this is to not spook the suspect, causing him to harm the victim, normal citizens, or himself. Suicidal calls likewise, you don not want to stress the already mentally unstable individual any further. Shots fired calls and shootouts would be a code 3, depending on the area of the shooting, a staging area would be used by officers until a presence large enough to deal with possible troublesome individuals. In real life, it depends on the details given by the RP, if it sounds serious (i.e. life threatening), as well as the dispatcher involved, and the guidelines applied by the dealing police force.
