It looks to be set in modern day (2011-2012), with a lot of focus on the recession, and the current economical situation, the voice actor sounded like Ray Liotta, and the guy at 0:40 looks a lot like a older Tommy Vercetti, the city itself looks more varied and vibrant (not just grey colours). In short, this shit looks amazing.

At 1800 hours Central European Time to be precise. That is if I've calculated correctly with that whole daylight savings time crap, it could be at 1900 hours instead.

The mod will probably need a new name, unless the next GTA takes place in Liberty City.

Rockstar has made some great satire about the US in the older GTA games, and the current state of the US would be a perfect setting.. I don't really care where it is, as long as the city feels alive, and make is massive, LC feels a bit constricted, I'd love to see something with more suburbia, and some ghetto ass stuff:)

Oh hai there, there's two new callouts, which has to be forced by the player by pressing alt + F11, the two callouts are Domestic dispute and possible gang hide-out, both are good fun, although I've experienced some problems while at the Domestic, damn bitches and their mouths....

The domestics are somewhat implemeted in the beta, two subjects are spawned upon arrival, one victim and one suspect, the victim runs down the stairwell and out into the street, followed with our subject behind. That, and "Possible Gang hideout" can be spawned by pressing alt + F11 in the beta

Sounds a bit like the Rontan PA2100, it's in a GTA:SA siren pack that was on GPM, try looking for that when GPM returns.

It's a good game, if you all have trouble with too many events in freeplay, set the difficulty to Easy, and if that doesn't do the trick, look at emergencyplanet for a tutorial to how you modify your FP_params_endless/challenge. Personally I play Winterberg (my personal favourite, it's super realistic, especially with the FMS tool), Hamburg Mod, Los Angeles, and a little Berlin Mod.

I'd rather see another helicopter fly into the roadway on the East borough bridge. That has probably been the most fucked up moment I've had so far. Heliwellies are well behaved in .95, it's amazing.
