I have a video from September this is still "under review", another video was blocked for monetization even after I disputed it with a link to a statement on the official website for the game that specifically allowed people to make videos with monetization on YouTube.

You wouldn't believe how frustrating Google can be, they have flagged videos for copyright infringement or refused to monetize videos at random, there's no logic to it, they seem to have fixed the issue now, but the videos that were once flagged will always be flagged. That combined with their "three strikes" system which essentially means that game publishers can kill of YouTube channels with the press of a button if they want to, there's no control or supervision from YouTube with this system. I hope one day we'll have a replacement for YouTube that doesn't have as many disadvantages as YouTube has.

Yeah it's pretty annoying. Unfortunately Google won't care, pretty much every update they make seems to go against the wishes of their users, we're a product and not a customer of Google, they want to create a platform that suits "big" customers such as Machinima, VEVO, and pretty much anyone that is willing to pay for their promotion. I had to use google support last summer when my adsense were upgraded to bank transfers instead of credit card transfer, however it refused to acknowledge that the verification transfer was correct, I couldn't get in touch with an actual human, I were redirected though the Google support DB until I finally managed to fix it one day. I don't particularly like Google or YouTube, they don't care about the users, they seem to make it as much of a hassle as possible to use their services.

Chilly, there's a reason for why courts are not ruled by the victims of the crimes because they cannot possibly be unbiased. We are a civilised part of the world where we aim for justice, not vengeance, the decision to find a person guilty of crime should lie in the hands of a unbiased person, someone who can also take the guilty party into account when making the decision to punish a person. People time and time again condemn when a foreign country sentences people to a stoning, whip lashes and other forms of corporal punishment to a crime, yet now when it is affecting them closer to home it becomes a viable option, that is why "the people" should not make the decision. The difference between torture and prison is that you have been found guilty beyond any reasonable doubt by a court that made a unbiased opinion based on the facts presented by both the prosecution and the defence, justice is sentencing the convicted person with a punishment that is appropriate, I.E. the punishment will result in this person not committing the crime or any other crime again, whereas torture is a interrogation technique used to extract information prior to a court case. There's only one prison that can be regarded as torture, that is Guantanamo Bay as people are being held captive without trial.

Torture only makes captives tell their guards what the guards want to hear, that alone is reason enough not to do it.

Ideally the media would stop the coverage in a day or so and let it be that, I don't think any of the involved apart from those who did this wants it to be on the cover of everything, they want peace and space to deal with the aftermath, photos of those gravely injured made their way to the internet less than a hour after the attack to place, we could sit here at home and look at the horrific injuries before they could even get to hospital. Even if it is terrorism (read middle eastern people, at least that is the definition the media uses for terrorists), then saying that you wish for them to die is exactly what they want, they want death to America because America wants death to them, you are in turn giving their cause more credibility.

You can slow down the lights by changing: FlashDelay_Sp = FlashDelay_Mp = To 1,2,3 if you want to slow down the patterns, this also works with ELS V6, don't think about ELS V6 when looking at V7, it's completely different in so many ways. Yes, vehicles pull over if you use the siren. No, it will not be possible to fix the "door bug" or the invincibility, it's just not possible with ELS. People who are interested in a lighting mod that doesn't have these bugs should look at ELS.net instead. Nobody deserves to die, well maybe Hitler, but only because he was literally Hitler, then again not, why not at least try to lean from him. Justice isn't served by police officers, police officers are there to make sure that those who do commit crimes will be given a chance to stand trial (in broad terms), justice is not something a police officer deals with, police officers do not harm or even kill people because it's justice, they do so because it can be justified, I.E. the officer(s) or any civilians would otherwise suffer injury or death, taking a life is not about the police getting justice, it is because they or the hostages would otherwise be dead, it is an absolute final resort, it's kill or be killed, nothing less. Justice isn't death either because justice isn't revenge, justice is a punishment befitting of the crime the convicted has been found guilty beyond any reasonable doubt in a court, it's not about "getting back" at the person, death is not justice and will never be justice in my opinion. Situations like this where the suspect is deceased before he or she can explain themselves or be assessed by medical professionals makes it nearly impossible to understand why he committed these acts. It's not the "right" outcome, it's not the "perfect" outcome, someone died today, someone lost a loved one. Our community in general seem to mourn every time a law enforcement officer dies despite many people wanting cops dead, this person has family, friends, co-workers who are now left with so many questions. I've met a lot of shit people in my life, from school teachers assaulting students all while the headmaster covering it up, to men who beat their girlfriends, people who beat their children, to people who steal and rob, rapists. I don't want any of these people to die, I want them to pay for what they did and trust me ,they all piss me off so very much, but I never for one second wanted them dead because they too are another human.

Most game franchises uses similar covers for their games. Covers and coverart is loosing relevance with digital downloads taking more and more of the market away from buying physical copies. I personally quite like that Rockstar keeps the covers in the same style, it's the iconic GTA cover after all.

This game doesn't stand a chance against LCPDFR, it's surprising that a free mod beats professional game creators. I tried the first game, I can't tell the difference between that and the sequel.

You have to keep in mind that Battlefield and Call of Duty is the gaming equivalent of the crash,bang, wallop action film genre, they're none-stop action and thrills, accuracy and realism aren't a priority as long as people get to shoot and blow stuff up. These games will follow the tried and tested form, look at how most COD games are nearly identical, it's the same content, only slightly tweaked and with a few new maps, it's just "another" "brown shooter". The main reason for why I won't be interested is the publisher, the greedy bastards aren't worthy of a game purchase, look at how they messed up BF3 by adding a premium pack, I'm sure DICE will make a good game.
