It's only possible to slow down ELS lights in the config file. The only way to "speed up" ELS lights would be to increase the framerate, either by upgrading your PC or by turning down your graphic settings.

Your work aren't good if I'm honest. You need to improve quite a bit before anyone will want to use your skins. Don't lose all interest in it, we all have to start somewhere, everyone who has ever modded weren't good when they started. We have some tutorials available, they are well made and very useful for beginners and even intermediate modders. A high polygon count does allow the modeler to create more detailed vehicles as there's more to shape, it can be compared to building a circular structure using eight ten foot planks versus building a circular structure with sixteen five foot planks. Granted, it's no good if the modeler can't work with the high number of polygons, but it does allow him/her to make it more detailed. -
You can view and change the keyboard shortcut in fraps settings.

You can press F12 if you launch the game via Steam, alternatively you can download the free version of Fraps, the free version can take screenshots without any problems or restrictions if I remember correctly.

Stop arguing, anyone who continues to do so will be issued a warning. British Police Mods, Eric James, James2012. Endisnear2012, evil, MasterWilson or whatever he likes to call himself now was banned a while ago, his mods are doubtful at best and he very easily gets a nasty attitude towards other users as well as the community team, he is banned and will remain banned, his content has no relevance on here so there's no point in talking about it. -

Turing down the lights described above will also reduce the ELS light brightness, certain ENB set-up's will result in white lights being excessively bright.

It's not finished, new releases will have new bugs that the prior version didn't have. There's a difference between asking for a previous version and calling him ignorant for ignoring messages, it's a beta and here will be a new version unless he decides to stop working on the mod, he doesn't really have to say anything more when he stated that it's a beta.

It means nothing if Rockstar themselves haven't confirmed it. All those "GTA V news" sites are only trying to generate income by posting whatever they can in order to generate page views, the only reputable news source for GTA V is Rockstar themselves.

My guess would be that the objects can be found and spawned using a trainer.

It's a mount anywhere surface light, it can be used as Hide-a.ways, mirror lights, bumper lights, running board lights, etc.

The mode you have ELS in does not matter, it's ELS itself that is unstable.
