[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Currently this is correct yet. I'll hold off releasing another version now until we've ensured 0.3a is stable, this will mean waiting for a patch fix for LCPDFR. I apologise to anyone who is having issues with versions 0.3a and 0.3.1a, I am aware it is causing severe instability right now, hopefully a new patch fix for LCPDFR will clear up this issue. When the patch fix is applied to LCPDFR I will run a thorough re-test of all features to date (with future version 0.4a) and release it when stable. Thanks for being patient.

5 Things to do with LCPDFR when your bored.
Nice little topic you've got here. I like it :) 5 I am skeptical of because if you are playing LCPDFR and get bored in it, 5 doesn't really work. But the rest are nice ideas. I might add that roleplaying is another valid solution. If you get bored of the typical GTA IV style of gameplay, pretend you're something else, pretend your a cop who's had a really bad week and isn't in the mood to tolerate lies or people who think they can run away. Or even go off duty for alittle while, massacre the entire city with RPG's and such and then go back on duty :) The possibilities are endless!

Vehicle Folders not downloaded correct?
Whoever wrote the tutorial you followed needs shooting, or you need to go back and read/watch it again, I suspect its the second one :P The WTD and WTF files are stored within the file "Vehicles.img" and are loaded directly from that into the game. Here's an example (I use OpenIV by the way, it's more stable and up to date than sparkiv) I want to replace the vapid cruiser (Police). I open the Vehicles.img file in OpenIV, and click "Edit mode" I then go to File and click "Import" which opens a file dialogue menu. I find the files I downloaded from this forum for a nice Ford Crown Vic let's say. (these files care called police .wtd and police.wtf) I import those two files from the download into the vehicles.img file (which will overwrite the original files) in OpenIv and I then rebuild the archive, and save it. Loading the game, I will now see a ford crown vic instead of the game's vapid cruiser. ALWAYS make a backup of the original vehicles.img file, because vehicle model editing causes a lot of issues.

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Old version works good, this is my video with it. I am aware that the script crashes the game when calling in a pursuit with versions 0.3a and higher. The issue however is not due to the plugins but more due to LCPDFR itself when running a n extra plugin for some reason. It has been addressed and will hopefully be resolved in the next hotfix for LCPDFR. Also nice video, I like it :)

Death by cop?
Mine don't do that they do a funky chicken dance. No seriously they flicker between idle and aiming their gun at the suspect. Quite entertaining actually cause they all do it in perfect sync :)

Could this be related to your plugin? My plugin does seem to be causing some strange behaviour in the scripts. This as well as one related to calling in pursuits with ALT + E. At the moment I have no indication as to why these things are happening but am trying to narrow it down as much as possible. Are you using 0.3.1a or 0.3a? I released a hotfix last night because the ini file was causing a little error.

How to take a photo if I use iCEnhancer 2.1 ?
Steam has an in-game screenshot feature. Alternatively you could use overwolf, or xfire both of which have screenshot functionality to them. Your best option (in my opinion) is to use the GTA IV video editor with steam. 1) Press F2 to save a clip in which your image is. (for example if I was taking a nice image of a car parked on star junction, I would park on star junction and press F2) 2) When you have your clip saved, go into the video editor via the mobile phone, create a new video and drag the clip across to the timeline. 3) Then edit that clip, find where you want to take a screenshot (position a free camera so you can get really good images) and then turn the HUd off and use the steam print screen feature. That way you can cool angles and stuff too! Examples of where I have done that:

How to restart traffic
I'm assuming you press M to stop all traffic in the area. Either press M again or leave the yellow circle on the map and it will return to normal. As for the partner thing I don't think they can frisk peds, I could be wrong so look through the user documentation and see what the keybinds are.

I don't ever remember saying I was "going to make" a mass shootout. And no I wont be doing that, you are asking me there to register 20 - 25 people into the game all with guns and each with their own AI. That's going to cause performance issues on some machines, and will ensure the player dies within 2 seconds. So no sorry.

Buses
The busses don't naturally spawn with peds in and around the city (driving that is) they only spawn as stationary vehicles in a few places. If you want them to be driving around I recommend using TrafficLoad (or whatever it is called) as that way you will get busses driving around, as well as emergency vehicles "responding to calls" (just for looks, it doesn't do anything)

Did I install it correctly?
You may have conflicts there. 1.0b comes fully packaged so there is no need to install 1.0 and then 1.0a first. If you are unsure you did it right, I would recommend uninstalling it all so you have a clean copy of GTA IV, and then using the 1.0b automatic installer (comes complete with patches included) You'll definitely notice the difference between 1.0b and the legacy 0.95 version so it is a tell tale if you did it right.

Hehe, ProTip: always read the readme :P Customisable keybinds are done, just working on bug fixes now and trying to stabilise the mod more. I've amended the keys too, so things like the engine repair now require a modifier (like shift) as well, this should hopefully mean you wont suddenly decide to top up your radiator coolant while trying to arrest someone. And, each key has its own modifier slot in the config file, so you can customise each one rather than saying "they all have to be the same modifier". However they do all now require a modifier, and cannot be left blank (will likely crash the game at the moment if you leave one blank) EDIT: It doesn't crash it just disables the feature (because it has no keybind to detect) Oh, and for those who didn't like the removal script driving to the player. I have made some changes. The AI will still drive to the player's current position, but once they are close enough they change and drive to the vehicle you requested to be removed. Meaning you still have to stand in the area, but once they are there you can go. EDIT 2: Update Released '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Adds some patches to fix some issues, and adjusts some features.
