Use Callout Scripts As Plugins
The plugins folder is for API scripts only, any script that doesn't use the LCPDFR API goes in the scripts folder.

Huh. Lucky. I get them, I run on high settings just to be safe and I still get them. I think I'm in act 3 now. It's almost as if the rest of the world is popping in while I speed through in a performance car. Ah well.

Can't say I noticed that. I drove the police car for all of about 30 seconds, pulled up to a ctOS tower, and when I ran back around the corner after having to use a boat to get access to the building, the cop car had completely vanished. The game really does have it's issues. But, I can forgive some of them and a few will get patched out. My question, anyone else (on pc) notice severe lag spikes even though their pc can handle running it on ultra settings?

GPU and CPU questions.
Take the side panel of your PC off and have a look, there should be a detailed sticker on the side of your PSU telling you it's wattage. If it has no sticker or it isn't a branded one then it's probably bare minimum for the PC, but as a custom build rather than a company branded (i.e Dell) it should probably have a sticker. Yes intel does cost more, but then I can't really tell you if it's just cause intel think they're worth more or they perform better than AMD, I can't answer that sadly. Building a PC is really very simple if you take your time. There is no point in rushing it in an attempt to get it working again only to find you did something wrong and now it wont start at all. I would recommend, if you have any old pc parts lying around, trying to put a pc together at least once in your life. It's worth knowing, especially if a component fails for whatever reason and you have to replace it. Glad I could be of some help :) Oh and 760....good choice ;)

There is a main police station, couldn't for the life of me tell you where it is though without spending 4 hours guessing. It has a fairly large car park around the back with a few squad cars and a couple of 4x4's too but that is about it. I am quite severely disappointed with the police vehicles. The lights are very basic and given that this is a game about being a vigilante I would have expected some sort of ability to hack the police computer or radio to listen out for unique crimes etc. Also, not a single AI driver pays any attention to you when in a police vehicle. So it's basically like driving an ordinary car with some flashy lights. On the plus side though, at least the siren randomly alternates. That's quite nice.

GPU and CPU questions.
I'm not particularly knowledgeable on AMD hardware, but if it's an octa-core processor running at assumably 3.0GHz or more then it will work pretty damn well with the 760. Be cautious however of your power supply. The graphics card is quite an improvement from your old one and will likely require a higher minimum wattage. Your processor will also require a minimum wattage so if you use a PSU that is the minimum wattage of both you "could" potentially get a bottleneck of power if you put the system under stress which again, "could" result in some odd activity from your PC. As has already been said the PCIe slot is 2.0 on your motherboard and the graphics card is 3.0 although is backwards compatible (my 760 is running in a 2.0 slot as well). Personally, I would go intel CPU's just because I know they are pretty damn good. But that is me being slightly biased as I've never ran AMD hardware at all, ever. If you did choose to switch, ensure you get a decent motherboard which can support the CPU socket type and your other components, ensure all cables from PSU etc are compatible as well as that will seriously put a wrench in the works if your cables happen to be the wrong connector. Recommendations for intel CPU's if you did choose to switch, a stable 3rd or 4th gen i7 quad core will deliver what you want. But if you've got no limited budget you could toy with an i7 extreme. You're talking stupid money there though. Hope this helps, and obviously I hope someone who uses AMD hardware can assist you as well.

New Battlefield SWAT Game!?
Except if you play on a 64 slot server that uses auto balance like I do. Ok I was being a little harsh in saying nobody does. You get some people, but I watch a huge number of unique players come and go and there are some regulars on the server I play on and most people don't even know they're in a squad. Use you as a spawn point and that is about it.

New Battlefield SWAT Game!?
I've already decided not to put any faith in this. Why? Because at 1:57 "there has never been a greater need for the teamwork and tactical gameplay that battlefield fans expect." Not a single battlefield fan or player uses teamwork or tactics. Nobody uses the balance of the squad by going a different class. Nobody even gives any attention to their team members. So basically what that means is that the developers are putting absolute trust in the "Cops 'n' Crooks" theme over battlefield's typical gameplay to bring all the players together rather than make a decent SWAT game with decent SWAT mechanics. So heist mode is basically battlefield's Rush game mode, one team defends and the other attacks, but with a different skin over it. Instead of bombing a target they're trying to steal it. Rescue mode is exactly the same except the positions are reversed, cops try to get the hostages, crooks defend. Hotwire mode so far seems to be the only one which looks like they did something unique. Bloodmoney mode is just conquest. Capture and hold to win. Destruction AND levolution? So...exactly the same as frostbite 3 (battlefield 4 engine) "Hunting down campers has never been this much fun." Hunting campers is never fun you end up miles away from the action, and if they're true to what they say about the maps being bigger this will suck even more. Nice to see they've done nothing to make camping harder then. Yeah ok, maybe I'm being too critical of it. But when you say "SWAT game" to me I don't like to think "generic first person shooter". And it just seems like they haven't really done anything original to get my interest. As a battlefield fan I can see nothing unique, I accept that battlefield as a series is very much the same with a different story, fine. But when you throw the title to a new developer and they go from country vs country war to SWAT vs criminal organisation you would expect a whole lot more than just a remake of the series with a new skin. I'll watch their e3 presentation (assuming it will be different to that 'leaked' video) and take a more informed stance then. But for now, I'm not particularly thrilled by this.

Who Has Watch Dogs On AMD Hardware?
nVidia..................... ....The way it's meant to be played. Lul. In all seriousness, Watch_Dogs uses nVidia's "GameWorks" toolkit which is why it is so much more optimized for nVidia GPU's. I imagine the AMd fanbase will be disgruntled by this and some form of patch will come along to make it a bit better. But with the game built on GameWorks, don't expect much. Your best bet for playability is probably xbox 360, but the graphical experience wont be the same. (this is assuming the reviews are accurate) But don't let me sway your opinion, I have it for PC on nVidia graphics so, I am quite biased towards nVidia.

Big Suggestion List! - LCPDFR 1.0c (Lots of ideas)
Like I said, I'll explore all possibilities to get this implemented ;) And yes, we certainly can all have our own opinions :)

Big Suggestion List! - LCPDFR 1.0c (Lots of ideas)
"occurs by chance" is your key giveaway there. An accident occurs by chance, a car crash occurs by a human factor. To be statistical 93% of car crashes are a result of driver error, intoxication or other human factors. Chance rarely comes into it. I imagine you would argue this against me all day so I'm happy to just call quits on this for the sake of the forum. I was referring to a vehicle at a stop sign, turns left, the second vehicle approaches from behind (same direction as the first) and thus would have to stop at the stop sign as well so it's their fault if they crashed and caused an incident. But if the second vehicle was approaching from the left of the stop sign (so the first vehicle would be turning onto the road in front of the second vehicle) then the second vehicle would still legally be at fault for not giving a reasonable amount of space to account for stopping distances, again driver awareness being the factor. Although in this situation people do argue that the first car shouldn't have pulled out if the road wasn't clear.

Big Suggestion List! - LCPDFR 1.0c (Lots of ideas)
No that isn't an accident. If the vehicle behind you is so close to you that it doesn't have time to stop when you do, they are entirely at fault. And no I'm not being harsh about this, that is the way UK law works. Alternatively if the driver behind isn't paying attention and they crash into you, they are still at fault. I'm not calling this what I want, I'm calling it what the UK legislation calls it. "accident" implies nobody is to blame, this simply isn't the case. I also forgot to pick up on, if you turned after stopping at a stop sign. Shouldn't the vehicle also follow the highway code and stop at the stop sign regardless of if you kerb it or not? Forgive me for being picky, but if you're going to ask for more realistic callouts, expect criticism from someone who is happy to play with the ideas ;)

The problem with MVA's.....or as I prefer, RTC's (there is no such thing as an accident) is that you have to get vehicles to spawn damaged and then pinpoint their spawn location to a much more precise position than is possible. So you can only really spawn it in as a callout in the middle of a road, and then you end up with two perfectly formed cars with random peds stood next to them with no task. It looks stupid and for me ruins the fun of it. However, I have every intention to experiment with possible ways of achieving a decent crash scene, but I wont be releasing any RTC's until I am satisfied there is a solution which works. Hope this satisfies your needs. As for the remainder of the requests, I wont detail. But you can all expect a lot more detailed low risk callouts and ambient events with the newer versions of Callouts+ as and when they are stable.

Watch Dogs PreOrder
I got it 5 days ago ;) I love how you're judging the entire game on shadows. Shadows don't make things "fun" to play unless your idea of a game is jumping in and out of shadows for 4 hours straight. I really hope that the division doesn't live up to your expectations of shadows too, just to really ruin your day :) (my point is that you shouldn't judge an entire game on one thing)

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Why would I add that when it is already possible with "startcallout" ? Saying "help it crashed will you fix that?" is like saying "my pc broke what's wrong with it?". I can't fix something if it isn't broken, and I can't fix something if I don't know what is broken. And yes latest version of LCPDFR is causing plugin instability, nothing my end is spitting out error logs.

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
You should probably read the information I provide a little more. The only callouts working flawlessly at the moment are the street race, the stolen cruiser and the broken down vehicle. This is why you get the break down and street race a lot, they are the only ones set to a normal chance of occurring. People don't tend to steal police cars so that is a rare callout. Police don't tend to respond to a murder every few minutes, so that is also a rare callout. The other callouts I detail are even rarer, as in they are there but they will never get called out, this is because they are unfinished and need work before I am happy they are to a good standard to provide immersive gameplay. I have plans to detail each of the callouts more but this will not come into effect until I know that the more recent additions are fully compatible and stable with the LCPDFR latest release.

CPDFR
I don't think policing in Watch_Dogs is a good idea. For the record I got the game a couple of days ago, it's very oriented on the hacking side of things and running round as a police officer would make no sense at all. GTA was very much built around a character in an open world who used guns and cars etc. That can be switched to a police officer who uses the same things, but in watch_dogs you can't be a cop and hack your own system. That is just not normal. Just my opinion on the matter.

lcpdfr v2
This has been suggested many times. The AI cannot be changed entirely as it is hardcoded in by rockstar and not LCPDFR. As has been said above, the AI in 1.0 is much better than it used to be. You can also get Callouts+ (see my signature) which is a plugin using the API. Future versions of that plugin will include some of the default functions like calling for an ambulance, but will handle the AI's arrival better. (It will not edit the full driving style) 2 have already been implemented into the latest release although LCPDFR 1.0b is causing some stability issues when you use the plugin.

No hookers for you, buddy.
We're all assuming the vehicle was in motion here. accident investigation would imply exploring all possibilities. I mean, what if she was conveniently lay on the hood of the car for the fun of it or for a photoshoot and had a heart attack? *more silence*

Trickery. And fucking with game ticks. The script promptly crashed so none of them drove anywhere, but the rest of the game continued as normal.

World Ambulance Convention
From the album: Other Uploads
Today Liberty City held it's World Ambulance Convention in which all paramedics took to their trusted ambul....ahh who am I kidding, a spawning method went wrong on me. For the record roughly 56 ambulances spawned within a split second. Shockingly my game accepted this as normal and carried on it's routine lol.
