It uses a vast amount of experimental AI which has a large potential to crash, thus the safety precautions made prevent them from causing problems by simply cancelling requests and exiting out of the logic. In future versions this AI is stripped out and removed completely and will be replaced with a much simpler and more robust system utilizing LSPDFR AI as and when it becomes available.

Try removing your vehicle/ped mods and reloading. This will be a pain for you to do because you overwrote the default archives but I suspect it's those edited archives causing you issues.

It's because your launcher and game files are trying to load 1 version but the modified RPF packages are for the older version that you installed the mods on. While the mods folder is great for quickly uninstalling them, you now need to replace the RPF files in the mods folder and reinstall any mods you had to have them work on the updated version. Alternatively you can backdate your EXE's and carry on with the old version.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, no amount of anti-virus software, feature rich or not, will save you from your own stupidity. People these days get too hung up on "omg I have the best anti-virus I'm 100% safe hahaha" because they still think a virus is a direct attack on your pc. The majority of viruses or malware that you get are from you letting it happen. Installing software, signing up to websites, clicking stupid links etc. Keyloggers wont transmit data through your firewall unless you actively say "yeah let it through!" (which for the record you do by clicking yes run this program). Onto what @goigle said about better active features. Not true at all. A vast number of anti-virus software packages install themselves like viruses, they're a pain to remove and they bloat CPU useage in a lot of circumstances. I'm not saying all of them do this, but a lot of them do. Many of those active features are not always the best solution in the long run. I want anti-virus not a graph that shows me my CPU usage of different applications. I prefer using lightweight simple options like MSE/Defender and Malwarebytes Premium together. I don't need a million active features, leave the keeping safe online down to me, if I fuck up, help me remove the fuck up. That's it. At OP, glad you got your account back. Even if it did cost you. In future don't trust anything on the steam forums, the moderation is shit at best. And always check what you're doing before doing it. Slow down and take the time to look at things, don't just speed click through because you're impatient etc etc. Regarding the scam report it to PayPal regardless of what you think will happen. It's better to raise concerns than to go "oh well It's all good nevermind". You might save a lot of people £10. I'm sure if someone had of alerted you to the scam because they fell for it before you went through with it you'd be happier than if they kept quiet.

No I haven't, I've never been to nor researched any American Universities. If you got it for $300 then it's a good buy. Nothing much left for me to say. :)

It's reasonably good, but again for the price I would say it's under powered. I mean £700 with no dedicated graphics is shocking. But at the same time if you don't intend to play games on it, then it's decent. (I just pray to god you don't have any modules that require rendering) Comp Sci doesn't require any on board programs. 99% of what you would need can be acquired via freeware or opensource licenses so that's not really a good selling point. PS. Desktop for life, student or not. I have both and I'm in my third year of uni. #ProNerd

Overpriced for what you got, quite badly overpriced too. By about £300 ($400+) For the same price as you I got a quad core i7 @ 3.4GHz and 16GB RAM with an nVidia GT 640M. My desktop could run rings around my laptop all day and it's not much more expensive (albeit you have to buy peripherals and monitors etc)

To run RPH plugins you need to have RPH. RPH mods will not run on anything but RPH, so no there is no alternative.

In that case, 3rd solution buy a hat and start getting used to wearing the headset the wrong way round :P (The hat is to make the headset sit more comfortably.) Oh and actually regarding solution 2, you can still make a complaint to amazon or the manufacturer about the product being defective regardless of their returns policy. It would be illegal for them to not grant you your statutory rights.

There's likely only 2 solutions then, but I'm no expert on audio. 1st solution is that you've miswired it somewhere, resulting in the audio to be incorrect, So check all cables for audio and then double check that no software is flipping it. 2nd solution is that it's a fault with the headphones themselves, in which case they will need replacing.

I was making a joke that you had put your headset on wrong hence why left and right are backwards for you. Seriously though check your earphones for little markings "L" and "R" and make sure they are genuinely on the right way. What headset do you have and do you have all the correct audio interfaces set up. Have you tested it with music, films or other games to see if they flip the audio as well. etc etc

Ahh ok my mistake, I misread into your use of "sports" as a term. And yeah we do the same over here, there may well be a reason behind why it's still done but I'm not sure as to what that is, but I'm fairly certain we fairly rotate gender neutral sports and such.

RUUUUUGGGBBYYYYYYY FUUCK YAAAAAAAAAAA :D #RWC2015 I hated PE at school too, was never a sporty kind of person. But I fucking loved rugby, and was quite fond of basketball. Anything else though I pretty much sucked at and would do everything in my power to get out of doing it. But I used to play for my local team during high school so when the Rugby season came in I would happily attend to PE. Rugby was the one thing I could do with a proud "fuck you I know what I'm doing" over all the other kids who were the sporty "i love football, football is best" kind and thus would treat you like shit if you couldn't play properly. Nothing will ever be a satisfying as being the quiet nerdy kid and running at one of those sporty kids full pelt and SLAMMING into them with your shoulder ensuring they have a really shit day at school. I'm gonna be that guy though and say that some variety of Physical Education is mandatory as defined by the government. It's actually quite important to ensure children live a healthy lifestyle, and thus why they try to promote sports. While many will argue you can stay "healthy" without doing sports you are scientifically a little wrong. Lack of muscle usage or lack of any kind of exercise is actually not a good idea. If a school made PE optional how would they get inspired to look after their body? "hey kids you should eat healthily and be active" pfft, yeah ok sir if you say so. Instead it's "hey why not play football for an hour, teach them how to play the sport and what that's doing for them" The response? woo football no learning anything just messing about for an hour with mates :D @Solidefiance Saying PE isn't a life skill is straight out wrong too. And without victimising you (this is just a general gripe) people who say "maths at school was useless, thanks for teaching me how to do algebra and not taxes" are also a fucking pain in my neck, that's the sort of argument made by someone who didn't pay attention in school. PE teaches you about exercise, it teaches you about healthy lifestyles, your muscles and how to take care of them. As shit as it sound's we're not bomb proof. The human body is more fragile than your gran's collection of porcelain owls from the war, you should take care to look after it. It also promotes healthy growth (by making you do exercise), and given that you're at the prime of muscular growth at that age, I'd say it's pretty fucking important to keep that shit up even if you hate it. Oh and not everyone walks to school. TL;DR quit bitching, school is the best time of your life, man up and enjoy it. Sorry for the slight rant. Rugby :D

If you're downloading a HTML file you're not actually downloading the mod. Be sure you click "Download this file" then next to the file list that pops up, click "download" next to the .zip file or .rar file and then complete the captcha and click Submit. This will begin the download. Once downloaded open the .zip or .rar with either WinRAR or 7Zip, alternatively extract the archive into a folder. If you click anything else or right click anything you're doing it wrong. Additionally changing a HTML file to a zip/rar file like starmix suggests will not work. If you downloaded a HTML file you got a HTML file not an archive/compressed folder. You can tell by the fact your HTML file is 32.6KB in size, the archive is 34MB. More than 10x bigger.

What @Rocking_Star101 said is absolutely correct, the interaction MENU will only appear during the specific callouts (the traffic collision one so far) However the interaction KEY in the config file will be used for any primary interactions in my callouts plugin, these will typically be prompted when you can interact with something.
