  1. Thing is though the reddit mod contacted the news sites in plenty and informed them all that no such DRM checks took place with FiveM? I can't validate this though, I don't have it.
  2. So unless you live under a rock you'll know about FiveM and what it is. If you don't it was one of our tickets to multiplayer mods. Think SA:MP or MTA for V. Well recently it's been confirmed that those affiliated with the project have been banned from Rockstar Games Social Club. Yes, the whole thing. No, not just GTA Online, but from any game that requires the user to sign in via their Rockstar Social Club Account for authorisation. Those involved suggest they were manually banned within a few minutes of each other, and that (given one states never to have used single player mods) they are not likely related to single player modding. You can find more information about the situation here: http://www.pcgamer.com/gtav-modders-reportedly-banned-for-creating-their-own-online-realm/ Updates from the official FiveM reddit page suggest FiveM is to POTENTIALLY be discontinued at this time.
  3. Moved thread to computers and tech. We cannot give you ideal specs for playing LSPDFR it simply isn't possible. Generally speaking if you stick to the recommended ones provided by Rockstar you should be ok to play with LSPDFR as well. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  4. You probably installed a visualsettings.dat mod which sets the emissive.off value of the indicators to a high value (thus always appearing on) Open the modded VisualSettings.dat file, find "car.indicators" or whatever it is called and reduce the emissive.off values. Save the file and then import it in with openIV again like normal.
  5. I absolutely can consider doing something like this, I already have plans for disregarding or dropping out of calls done.
  6. Your topic has been moved to Grand Theft Auto V Support Please post in the correct location in the future.
  7. An amendment to this FYI before everyone goes nuts and updates, it will break any plugin that plays animations until that plugin is updated to suit the new RPH.
  8. I'm not the best person to answer that however I would expect something similar would allow you access to Personas via the API. We had such functionality with the LCPDFR API at a later date so I would be surprised if it didn't return.
  9. Not anywhere near as detailed as the world zones are but use the following to get the difference between Los Santos and Blaine County From my minor testing it only returns 1 or the other: ZONE::_GET_MAP_ZONE_AT_COORDS Hashes: 0x7EE64D51E8498728 0xB5C5C99B Hash _GET_MAP_ZONE_AT_COORDS(float x, float y, float z) // 0x7EE64D51E8498728 0xB5C5C99B Returns a hash representing which part of the map the given coords are located. Possible return values: ${city} ${countryside}
  10. It doesn't currently but it possibly will do as and when I get round to it.
  11. I'm actually working on a customizable ragehook edition of this to add to my more control mod for all you don't like or can't use ScriptHook. :)
  12. This has literally nothing to do with LSPDFR itself. CTRL+Y is part of Code 3 Callouts by Stealth, The Delete key is part of CalloutsV by me. The next release of CalloutsV (not yet out) alters the Delete key mechanics a lot so you won't instantly force a callout to end, it will also be configurable as I have now gone and revamped the configuration file ready for the mod to come out of alpha releases.
  13. Good job, I hope it hasn't put you in too much of a difficult position. :) Regarding Vector3 extensions see a few replies up I linked to the actual vector3 extensions file that you can take (LMS kindly uploaded it for us all), this will allow you to continue to use the vector3 extensions class even after LSPDFR makes it internal. As for Mod.API that obviously stays....cause its the API :P
  14. If Vito is in the trailer then there MAY be something about Joe in the prologue. But that remains to be seen. Cinematic was nice but I'm anxious of the game's release. Mafia 2 had lovely design but wasn't really that fun for me.
  15. Dinosaurs are known for their incredible hacking skills. And time travel. Also I'll be going back through the old thread at some point and pulling out valuable resources to add to the API forums.
  16. Revived LMS' response to this from the old API Example thread: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/53516-vector3extension-class/#comment-350567
  17. Again, you don't need to be worrying about the access going. Look at the LCPDFR API and look at all the extra stuff we had and/or requested. Now look at the LSPDFR API. BIIIIIG difference. I'm not fighting or calling people out, I'm just saying several people seem to be panicking about having access to these things revoked. Try to remember you shouldn't even know these namespaces exist. How would you have gotten by if that was the case. I'm 100% certain you would have, I don't doubt anyone's ability here, I'm here to provide help and support not question if you should be modding or not :)
  18. Everything should be private, it defeats the purpose of an API if we can access everything not meant to be accessed. However that being said most of the functionality you and others use would be brought into the API in some way so that we can access them through the API, allowing correct management of it. You don't need those namespaces either, they are not critical. Most of the things you choose to do can be done so with natives until the API can provide us with those features.
  19. There are plenty out there, most websites come with a search function to find them. Also I'm moving this thread to GTA V modding discussion as this isn't really LSPDFR related. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  20. This isn't a support thread, please go and use the support forums for help.
  21. Hi John, I have no real interest in making callouts like this. I would prefer normal policing based callouts to the extreme events like these. Perhaps another dev will consider your ideas. Thanks anyway.
  22. This topic has been closed by G17 Media Community Team Staff as it is a topic regarding support for the RAGE Plugin Hook. We are unable to provide support for the RAGE Plugin Hook, and require all support topics pertaining to this be posted over on the official RAGE Plugin Hook forums: http://forums.ragepluginhook.net/ If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  23. I've moved this file to Player and Ped Mods as it is not an LSPDFR API script modification as you had originally stated. Please take care to upload your mods to the correct category.
  24. We never have done nor will we ever support cracked versions of GTA V. We've said this many times.
  25. It's already an option...you just don't use it and voila. Magical realistic policing! I understand people like to roleplay, trust me I do. But there is absolutely zero logic in going about using up time to make a feature toggleable or optional or removing it to suit the needs of the roleplayers when you can just not use that feature and bam problem solved. If you can simply not use the feature and still get the experience you want, while those who like said feature can continue to use it unhindered. That there is the best of both worlds. Personally, I love the noose helicopter, it's funny. It's like the Hydra being a police vehicle, that's funny (I bought the t-shirt I liked it that much). Take FinKone's police radio plugin for example. I'm not demanding he remove the plate checker feature because LSPDFR has one. I just don't use his platechecker in favour of LSPDFR's on foot records check. But others can still use his platechecker if they want.
