Accepting a Callout via a Plugin
Only LSPDFR can accept callouts, it goes without saying that any callout created using the API gets registered and then loaded by LSPDFR. If you don't have LSPDFR for example, you wont have any working API plugins. A third party plugin or another API plugin does not have to ability to accept callouts from API plugins. The only way you could do it is to try and send a keypress event but there is no guarantees that will work. In fact I'd be fairly certain it wouldn't work at all.

Keyboard Not Working In GTA 5
I was about to make a really stupid comment asking if you've checked that the keyboard actually works properly..................................................Yeah I'm a bit dumb. On a serious note though check your input settings with GTA to make sure you've not toggled some stupid setting that nobody knows exists. Check you've not done something with custom software (such as Razer's Synapse) that disables keys in a game. And lastly double check your drivers just for good measure.

Detect if World.GetStreetName is actually nearest street?
Well I'm not 100% sure still. If I have you interpreted right I don't know if it's possible. Assuming all unnamed roads are alleyways or dirt racks you could always look for the closest vehicle node, specifying only asphalt option (or use the other native for major vehicle nodes) BOOL GET_CLOSEST_VEHICLE_NODE(float x, float y, float z, Vector3 *outPosition, int nodeType, float p5, float p6) // 0x240A18690AE96513 0x6F5F1E6C This would give you a Vector location of the nearest main road if you gave the right nodetype. Combine this with the name of road at coords would give you the name and the distance could then be calculated as per usual using pythag. Again though it's main roads. So it depends on how rockstar decided to name roads which I obviously have no idea. Am I on the right lines here or am I still not understanding you?

Detect if World.GetStreetName is actually nearest street?
You lost me with what you're trying to achieve here. Especially the part about Vectors. If you know the Vector location why don't you just use Pythagoras theorem to calculate the distance between the player and that location? As for the name of the street there is a native that gets the name of a street at given coordinates. void GET_STREET_NAME_AT_COORD(float x, float y, float z, Hash *streetName, Hash *crossingRoad) // 0x2EB41072B4C1E4C0 0xDEBEEFCF Of course you need to enable the use of unsafe contexts because you're messing with pointers here. Check the natives database, http://www.dev-c.com/nativedb/ But by doing this and acquiring the string for that road name you could then just pass it to an if statement to determine if it was the one you were looking for.

[CALLING ALL DEVS] Standardisation of API Plugin Colors
EDIT: I should probably tag @alexguirre in this :P Or you could all stop being noobs and look at the System.Drawing.Color MSDN documentation, each colour has it's ARGB hash value which you can deduce the integer value 0-255 from quite easily if you're not a total noob :P Also you can just use Color.B which will return the value of the blue channel as a byte (0-255) and obviously there is .A, .R and .G For the noobs or the seriously bored, here's how to manually convert ARGB hashes to individual integers along with a little explanation of what I'm on about (honestly it's easier to just use a converter website or the .B method above but hey. Who doesn't love a bit of maths?):

[CALLING ALL DEVS] Standardisation of API Plugin Colors
I would actually recommend developers avoid using natives where possible. The benefit of the natives only comes in the form of RPH updates wont break them (like when methods become deprecated, plugins have to be updated). At the gain of that 1 benefit you lose compiler errors, your code becomes a spew out of hashes (that occasionally change) or large obtrusive looking strings. You also limit and somewhat hinder your error outputting should the plugin crash because natives are determined during runtime. And as stealth said, it's much simpler to use for everyone. If RPH has a replacement for it (eg. myBlip.Color in this case) I really would recommend using it. Someone pretty competent at coding added that functionality into RPH, there is no point in reinventing the wheel or going back to basics.

[CALLING ALL DEVS] Standardisation of API Plugin Colors
A nice idea, but generally speaking there are a few rules that GTA follows, and I personally try to stick as close to GTA blips and LSPDFR blips as possible. Perhaps incorporate this into your list. Yellow • GTA - Primary objectives, search areas and route guidance. • LSPDFR - Primary search areas (prior to accepting a callout) Red • GTA - Enemies or targets. (they use size to depict vehicles or peds) • LSPDFR - Pursuit suspects. (combined with blue for flashing search area of pursuits (I think)) I wouldn't bother with multiple route guidance colours. Stick with yellow if going to a callout, it's cleaner to match GTA imo. Also seeing as we're discussing colours and how they should be used.... Additional advice on the use of colours (this may be my personal taste here, take with a pinch of salt) • Strip notifications of too much colour, highlighting a cop unit number or name is fine but the rest should be the same colour. I recommend using colour to highlight key info. eg. "Dispatch any units available for...?", "Paramedics We're on route standby!" etc. Especially if it's your callout start notification, they should be standardised with LSPDFR's. • Try not to go overboard with colours in text overlays either (the subtitles for example). Again use them to highlight key info eg. "Ped", "Witness", "Cop", search the "area" for... • Make sure blips correspond with colours used in any text. Eg. "look for the suspect at the place" in which the word suspect would match the blip he has. (this was common from LCPDFR) And yes, I will be adopting the changes that come about from this thread when I have plenty of time to actively develop my plugins. Damn university sucks the life out of coding and gaming these days :/

Pursuit AI Problem
Ped myCop = new Ped(cop, stuff, whatever goes here normally); Do what you need with your partner, then if you want LSPDFR to use it as a cop Functions.AddCopToPursuit(myCop, pursuit); Something like that. You can also do Functions.SetPedAsCop(Ped); But I don't know what exactly this entails. Just an idea if you desperately wanted this.
