Are you running the install as admin? and while your gta iv is installing don't try and run any programs at all. not even a stupid notepad :P

You turned your sky lighting off? they may be your problem if not then what i have found that works amazing is, go into your trainer then time and set your time to match your computer time instead of gta iv's set times like night, midday etc im not looking at it right now so i can't be certain what it says but just try that and see if it helps, and make sure you unfreeze your time before you do that or else it won't work.

I've been checking out gta 5 game pics and they look amazing! on the other hand though it could just be a lot of photo editing but I like the fact of having a san andreas feel to the game with the "mountains" and "desert area" just stuff like that.

What he means is that everyone that has a WIP should post pics at the beginning not just say something is happening when really it might not be getting made, its a way of showing proof instead of getting peoples hopes up and then it never happens ya know?

What other mods are you using? You can try running the game as admin but if the mods not working at all then it's most likely possible that you don't have "scripthook.dll" in your main directory. That was my problem at least

you could put an ENB into your game or for instance Neoulux enb els config v4 beta, that one i definitely recommend. it will make your els look 10x better!

Where did you put the mods at? if you don't put them in the correct directory it will sometimes cause complications. i'm only a little familiar with steam but if you did install in the correct directory then right click on your game and select something like "verify integrity of game cache" then try again

Just change the weather to a setting you will enjoy and then on the second page in your trainer theres a "save settings to trainer.ini" select that and then everytime you go into game it will be at desired settings, but i agree with ekalb.

That would just make the m4 act as a shotgun unfortunatly
