Hi,

The game comes up with the Rockstar login. I click play, and the Steam friends icon changes from green (in-game) to blue (online). The game doesn't launch.

I installed all the mods as listed in the title, should I reboot my computer?

    Where did you put the mods at? if you don't put them in the correct directory it will sometimes cause complications. i'm only a little familiar with steam but if you did install in the correct directory then right click on your game and select something like "verify integrity of game cache" then try again
