i need help with my EFLC ELS because it loockes so carp verry darck. can someone

tell me gow to make the els loock like the els in gta IV (4).

you could put an ENB into your game or for instance Neoulux enb els config v4 beta, that one i definitely recommend. it will make your els look 10x better!

Make sure you clean out your previous ENB and place your original files back before installing.

You've got to edit the VisualSettings in the TBOGT and TLAD PC folders along with the one in the main PC folder to get rid of the dark lights.

I had recently checked the ENB I mentioned above to see if it replaces this, and it does, just FYI.
