Is there a reason i'm getting all the errors though?

I imported all the texture files "wtd" and all the Vehshare files except the Vehshare_truck stuff. i then select import and select the "wft" file that is in the same folder as all the textures. the crown vic pulls up but gives me all these errors. There are programs outside of gta 4 that you can keybind to one of your keys, which infact when you press it a sound plays.

I didn't design the original car no, my friend did and I have permission to edit it. As far as I know yeah it's unlocked hah

I have a police car that I want to further customize with extra stuff, for example a spotlight to go next to the door and maybe a police console inside that lights up, (i've seen it on one of the new lapd cars) does anybody know how to do that or if theres a video showing me? and if so is there a place that shows all the things i can add?
