Well if you attempt to unlock a locked wft file and even as much as show a pic of it, you'll get a terribly bad rep here. I don't know much about scratch modelling as I've never tried it, but there's a tutorial on youtube and one in the "Tutorials" section of LCPD:FR. For turning cars into police try hlsavior's tutorial series.

To be honest, I don't think it would. It would be much quicker if you post it on the forums, so that if the person you contact can't help you then someone else who is familiar with the problem can. But that's just my opinion.

So basically, I'm wondering what police cars you want to see implemented into GTA IV. (Crown Vic not added, as there's already too many of them). If you want to see cars not listed in the poll, just post in this topic. Cars can be from any country in the world :) EDIT: for those wanting to see other cars, since I don't know what car you want, post in this thread.

Do you just want to turn a car, say a Crown Vic, into a police car? Or do you want to make your own cars from scratch?

Is the van in a van slot? Also have you tried adding the following to the vehicles.ide file at the end of the line of the car you're replacing? Add this: +isvan

3 Answers :P 1) Yes and no. To play GTA IV on PC, it's free. But if you want to play online on an XBOX, you'll most likely have to upgrade to gold (which you have to pay for). I could be wrong though, I don't own an XBOX. 2) You already have an XBOX account. Just sign in with your hotmail account and you should already have an account :) 3) You sign up for an email address (but since you already have one, you don't need a new one)

The trainer is called Simple Native Trainer. To make it have a different font and a different colour you need to edit the options, either in-game or via the "trainer.ini" file

I don't have the model of Astra that you're looking for, I have the newer version, this is a model I made with the newer Astra about a month back: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> For the Vivaro, I believe there's one out there, I'm willing to skin it to your local force if you want. There's also a Ford Connect, same as above, I'm willing to skin it for your. And the BMW, it's the M5, I have that model, I'll make it a police car for you as soon as possible. The cars are all compatible with ELS 7
