in the ELS folder, there should be a file called defualt_config.ini or something similar open that in notepad. Look for "PMRL" and there should be something called "leds" to "strb"

Yeah I agree, if you're gonna release something to the community you have to spend some time on it. The community will simply not accept stuff that's been done in a hurry

Hi, I just wanted to show off my new WIP. It features a Code 3 x2100 lightbar (made by me), a Rockwell Collins Laptop, Unity Spotlight, Go Rhino wraparound pushbar and 2009 Hubcaps (these are subject to change at any time). Please take a look at the screenshots in the spoiler below and give me feedback on the model, also if you think I should add/remove something be sure to let me know. Hmm, do you have any mods that could conflict with key bindings? (such as Simple Native Trainer). Also, no you don't have to complete the game first.

Don't go into the police station, force duty by pressing CTRL + P that way you can still be cop without having to go into the police station

For the barrier it is: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Just use CTRL + Z to place a barrier. As for the map there should be a read me explaining where to put things

Hmm as far as I can see there's nothing wrong with any mods. Try reinstalling the game, also before installing any mods make sure the game can run. Then install all of your previous mods one by one (install one run the game to see if it works then install another, just keep repeating that step for all of your mods). That way you'll be able to tell what mod is causing you game to crash.

Hi, ensure you have the following installed (click the text below to be take to download links) .NET Framework 3.5 .NET Framework 4.0 Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable 32-bit or 64-bit (this depends on the type of operating system your PC runs. To find out go to Start>Right click Computer>Left click properties and you should see some thing that looks similar to this: if it says "64-bit Operating System, download 64-bit and vice versa for 32-bit.) Once you've done that restart the diagnostics tool and you should be good to go.
