I think most people on these forums would prefer using the forums for support. But, you never know :)

I assume as much. I'm just really hoping someone would because it would make troubleshooting issues a lot quicker.

To be honest, I don't think it would. It would be much quicker if you post it on the forums, so that if the person you contact can't help you then someone else who is familiar with the problem can. But that's just my opinion.
