The trainer is called Simple Native Trainer. To make it have a different font and a different colour you need to edit the options, either in-game or via the "trainer.ini" file

To change the color of the menu, the highlighting color and the menu font > launch GTA IV > open SNT > go to 'set menu colors/fonts' on the options menu, second page > the normal menu text color, the highlighting menu text color and the font can be set.

One question. Do you know if there is a way to mute the ELS v7 beeping sound effect?

Simply change "on" to "off" at the FlashSoundFx under [ MISC SETTINGS ] in the ELS.ini.

That does not work. That only simply turns off the ticking noise the lights make when they are flashing. I need to disable the noise that happens when you open the info panel, switch through lighting patterns, turn on lights, etc...

Well then you can't turn off beep sound effect.
