Have you messed with the cop_presets.xml? seems to have stopped working at that.

Nothing your doing is wrong, the creator has taken it down, probably applying some updates.

albo just released updated not to long ago, within 12 hours, check the downloads, and don't forget the albo1125.common file in misc section of downloads.

Maybe that's it, because instead of loading in as Franklin, you should be prompted to create a character I believe. Something is taking over and I guess its the way you did that

Rage is not hooking properly, you shouldn't even be loading in as Franklin. Did you complete the intro in GTA when you did fresh install of Gta5?

When you installed gta5 did you play throw the intro? you should have more patchdays than that. what version is gta5 on? go to Grand Theft Auto V>GTA5, right click on it and go to details, version is there, should be 1604.1

No I literally just downloaded last night in OpenIV, did you go into tools>asimanager and install those plugins?

try this one pretty sure they are the exact same. I did not have this problem, so not sure whats going on, make sure you are choosing to install it into mods folder

Whatever vehicle you added into the default police spot is not added correctly. When the game tries to preload it, it crashes. You do not need to find the old police files to add a new vehicle in, they just need to go in the latest patchday, if you are starting fresh with adding vehicles like you said I recommend using this process replacing the default slots is not necessary, and leaves you with a limited number to add. this process will show you how to add them in as if they were default, and instead add them as addons.

That list is the same list of the vehicles you put in the agency file you put the cars in, as long as the "vehiclespawnsambiently" is defined in the <Flags> section

try increasing the threshold in rage settings to 30000, if that doesn't work, go to Grand Theft Auto V and post that here

Start Rage and press settings. Set threshold to 30000, tick disable text rendering. in advanced settings untick anything that is tick and in the other setting menu, click the drop down for command line switches and tick directx11 and forced windowed mode. make sure nothing else is ticked.
