Just to make it clear, I can play my character, go on-duty, and do everything else as a officer, I get calls and when I go on pursuit and takedown the fleeing person I am able to arrest them, but for some odd reason anytime I pull over someone and want them to step out (and this only happens when I stop someone, not when i'm chasing) the game window freezes for 3.5 seconds and then a window pops up saying that LSPD First Response.dll has crashed. The game is still open but I have to reload all the plugins from the RPH Console. Please help.
