  1. Pls remove alpr+ and calloutmanager
  2. Please go to your GTAV folder, right click & select Properties - Security. Give the following full control: • Users. • SYSTEM. • Administrator. also add the gta folder as an exception in your antivirus

do you lights not work or is the menu not opening at all when pressing cntrl + p?
  12. those bips should be removed by the plugin author, you cant do anything about it.
  13. try launching as admin
  14. looks like a permission issue, check the faq from page 3 to 6: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hp2Qco0qsgKfohkhjYWUxTr2OF7NSCkp8uSZwWz6rRQ/edit#heading=h.mg0mifebjf6
  15. Can you post the ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder? because the log doesn’t fit what you described, the date of the log is from September 2023.
  16. Hello! 🙂 add the gta folder as an exception in your antivirus or the windows antivirus. - additionally set the permissions for your gta folder: Go to your gta folder, right click and select properties and then security. Set all hooks for: users, system and administrator. let me know how it goes🤗
  17. Does your els menu open when using control + p? or do only the lights not work?
  18. Unless it does not happen often this is a random crash, because rph and lspdfr are modded and not 100% stable.
  19. Essential are the ragepluginhook.exe in the main gta folder and lspd first response.dll and .pdb in gtav/plugins
  20. Most plugins either belong to gtav/plugins for standalone plugins or to gtav/plugins/lspdfr for callouts etc. Most downloadable plugins are structured with first the gtav folder, then a plugins folder, then simply drag and drop the folder in the main gta folder.
  21. Verifying game files does not include the mods folder. rename the mods folder to _mods
  22. EUP Menu: The following DLC(s) are not present: mpapartment, mpheist4. EUP Menu: Please ensure your game is up to date and your dlclist.xml in update/update.rpf/common/data/ contains entries for those DLCs. since they are in the mods folder and in the dlclist, I suggest to remove those patchdays and manually copy them from the game files to the mods folder.
  23. Pls post the ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder and a screenshot of your dlcfolder and the dlclist pls
