Yes. LSPD First Response: ExternalPoliceComputer: [Error] Loading aborted. CommonDataFramework didn't load. LSPD First Response: Policing Redefined: [DEBUG] Initialized: AmbientUnderInfluenceController. LSPD First Response: Policing Redefined: [DEBUG] Setting 'A_F_Y_BUSINESS_01' as drunk. It's strange to me that EPC says CDF is not loaded, even though it's installed. LSPDFR crashes as soon as PR tries to set a random ped drunk as an event. Please reinstall PolicingRedefined and replace all files.

Ah you are using Enhanced. You have to ask the dev if he has tested it on Enhanced. You are missing RageNativeUI for Deadly Weapons. Hoewever RNUI might not work on Enhanced, and so with Deadly Weapons. You have to test that. When you say it crashes when submitting a compulite citation i would completely reinstall CompuLite.Your pc is not the best, but capable of running gta. I wouldnt say its made for heavy modding, i wouldnt recommend graphic mods for your pc. With your current setup your game should run fine.Can you start gta on its own? If not, it might be a mods folder issue. Make sure you have gameconfig, heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster. To disable the mods folder rename it to _mods and try starting gta again.
