Hello 👋 Please add the whole gta folder as an exception in your antivirus. Then make sure User, System & Admin has all permissions, right click on the gta folder, go to properties and then permissions and make sure those have all hooks activated. You can try to start rph with administrator permissions, too. There is also a french forum, if dou want to check that out. 🇫🇷

Are you talking about the lspdfr default callouts? Those are robbery, pursuit & sth else. to get more callouts, install some f.e. 686callouts or/and supercallouts.

You probably installed stoptheped & ultimatebackup wrong, make sure those .dll files are installed at gtav/plugins/lspdfr Those are not addon, those are callouts🤗

oh yeah, thanks for letting me know, i´ve accidently sent the report unedited. his version is still compatible to the current gta version, even its right, that its not the latest

It should be removed. Pragmatic Callouts -> Plugin discontinued & labelled as broken by the developers. It should be removed. Rich's Police Enhancements -> Plugin has been discontinued and may not work as intended.

So you add a dlc folder to the dlclist, this folder gets loaded and is broken and causes the game error.

Can you start gta on its own?

Can you open the ELS panel ingame with control + p? and do only your lights not work at all or are they standing still?

Update CalloutInterfaceAPI in the main gta folder.

Again, update your gta, lspdfr and rph. only the newest version of those are supported.

Looks like an issue with your mods folder first make sure, you have a custom gameconfig, heap adjuster & packfile limit adjuster. rename mods folder to _mods
