check each dlc vehicle by removing it to check if it causes the crash. otherwise redo the mods folder, better by installing one vehicle each time.

You have a mods folder in your gta folder, RENAME mods to _mods

set your ragepluginhook loading time to 60000: tagscallouts is not loaded, because of a wrong format input. if you have changed sth in the settings file, double check.

LSPDFR is story mode only, you can’t play it on a server. Its basically offline, but you need a internet connection to make the game start.

No, only the newest gta version is supported, which means only the newest lspdfr version is downloadable.

with other words double check where you install callouts and standalone plugins. standalone belong in gtav/plugins callouts belong in gtav/plugins/LSPDFR

lspdfr has problems with the talking prologue. either start only story mode, skip the talking and save/ or switch the character and save, so you dont have the talking. or install a 100% savegame (100% worksafe 😉 ) https://de.gta5-mods.com/misc/100-save-game
