Are you aware that you have installed the legacy version in a folder named enhanced? You have a memory error from lspdfr. This is likely related to broken mods. What mods and scripts do you have installed? And please rename your mods folder to_mods and try again

Its not a rumour, its a fact, one version costs 100€ or 100$. What do you mean not actually owning it? Do you mean that because you are only getting a key? I think 80€ for the standard edition is an acceptable price. But that depends on what features are in the 100€ version exclusively.

Ah you are using Enhanced. You have to ask the dev if he has tested it on Enhanced. You are missing RageNativeUI for Deadly Weapons. Hoewever RNUI might not work on Enhanced, and so with Deadly Weapons. You have to test that. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Khorio.Common This file likely comes with XScanner and must be installed in the main GTA Folder. Other than that your STP and UB loads normally and they are no longer dependent on internet connection.

Was it a one time crash or does it crash always? When does it crash? Did you change anything prior to receiving the crashes, like mods?

do you have a gameconfig , heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster?

I dont know any tutorials other than callout tutorials on youtube. You can look into open source lspdfr plugins on github

you can install eup s&r by simple installing eup s&r, you might have to install l&o first. eup is installed as a separate addon folder in the dlcpacks

The error "failed zlib call" is from gta, not rage. I recommend to revert your latest changes in your mods folder, if possible. Otherwise you'll have to start a new mods folder.
