Just to be sure you have it in the right place, you have Ultimate Backup in GTAV Main Root Folder then, Plugins Folder> lspdfr Folder> Ulitimate Backup is where those 3 xml Regions, Special Units and Custom are. When you call for backup I think Ultimate Backup takes the information from lspdfr folder in the GTAV Main and then Data folder and then Agency or Backup xml. I have addon police vehicles and I have them added to the Agency Folder of lspdfr and to the Ultimate Backup's Default Regions xml. You might email Bejoijo since it is their plugin. They would know. I just noticed on their site they don't have an email address to contact them, only discord. I contacted them once and they had an email. I guess no more.

If you use Stop the Ped by Bejoijo you can go to the driver side and press E twice or Hold down E and the driver will automatically get out of the vehicle. But that is more of a ped stop than a traffic stop which brings up a different menu if I remember. I think you can still ask and do the same type of questions and actions. It's just that the driver gets out of the vehicle instead of staying in. I don't know what can be done about that.

Latest Version. You don't install patchdays as far as I know. As Rockstar who owns GTAV, updates their game, they might have new cars to install. Only so much space can be put it a certain patchday (folder). So if a patchday folder is getting too big then another patchday is created by Rockstar. To make installing vehicles easier, I suggest installing using Lenny's Modding Loader or Albo's Modding DLC Pack to install vehicles.

I was looking through this support for 0.4 and of course there are a lot of LSPDFR or Rage crashes that people have. There could be a number of reasons why those 2 crash but I have been having more and more of a problem with usually LSPDFR crashing. Some were linked to callouts that the Authors are looking into. Anyway, I have had RageNativeUI for a why and never updated it. I see a few responses say to update RageNativeUI and the link is on Github with AlexGuirre / RAGENativeUI. The version I had showed that it was up to date (1.7). I downloaded it and installed it anyway. In the GTAV directory I see that all i had was RageNativeUI.dll. In the one I just downloaded I see that it includes a RageNativeUI XML and RageNative.pdb. I didn't have those before. Also, I looked that the current downloads for lspdfr and Rage and there is no RageNative UI included. I looked at some of my callouts packages and I see that file, but just the .dll not the other 2. So what does the other 2 RageNativeUI .pdb and .xml do? I guess Rage native is used for callouts. I don't know what exactly Rage native does. After including that other 2 Rage Native files I haven't tried the game yet. Should have time in a few hours. If someone could explain what those other 2 files are for and why the are not included in callouts packages I've installed (updated callout ones). I wonder if having those 2 other files in there may fix crashing then not many people would really know to include those. I would appricate some insight on this.

Also, if you are using Ultimate Backup to call for backup then you would have to go to GTAV Folder then to Plugins>lspdfr>Ultimate Backup Folder and open the Default Regions xml file. Look for State Patrol which is Highway Patrol and you can edit there. Depends if you are using UB for Back Up or not.

You might look into GTAV folder then go to lspdfr folder, data folder and open up the Agency XML. Scroll down and you'll see San Andreas HIghway Patrol and a little bit under that you should see Motor Unit. A bit under that there is a ped inventory and that line you can edit. Make a backup of that file first in case the edit screws up your game.

I downloaded it just to see and all I see is an .XML doc. I don't know where you would put that. I think some other files are missing there to make it work. Like .DLL or something.

I'm trying to get an idea of what your upload speeds are if you are live streaming. I am getting more interested in live streaming on youtube or facebook but especially on youtube my video quality stinks because of my low upload speed. I have ATT and I have 12mb download but only 1.5 upload for $55/mo. If I understand how quality works, it has to do with video bitrate. I go through OBS Studio. In their settings the video bitrate I use was 2000 with is still a bit high for a 1.5 mb upload. Stream was going smooth but bad quality. I could get up to 3mb upload but be paying $80+ USD/mo. I don't make a lot so coming up with another $25/mo could be tough and only doubles what I currently have in upload speed. I think the recommended is 6mb. So, if you stream, what is your upload speed? I know the more money you make the nicer things you can have but I think ATT is a bit high. But, they do have to most variety of services. So, I don't really want to switch.

I assume you are taking about the gunmen running away when you arrive? I've had that happen with outdated callouts. Which callouts do you have installed?

I have both of those Plugins also but I don't have those 2 XML's you're showing. I just change the station xml in the data folder. Or copy the station xml to the Custom folder and change it in there so next time LSPDFR updates, you won't have to re-edit that file.

I think you can only use the ones that LSPDFR provided. The ones you downloaded only work with single player, not LSPDFR.
