BasicCruiseControl - Finally keep to speed restrictions without problems! 1.2

Great mod, now if only all the npcs weren't grandmas and drove the speed limit. I recommend converting it to SHV at some point, would be a little more useful.

I am a firm believer in driving safe while in response mode, or pursuing a subject, and it is paramount to set an example for others to follow. Gone are the days where I don't have to drive at crazy high-speed, now I can drive as a responsible EVOC driver. Thank you for this simple plug-in. 

I am very happy someone made this.  I have been looking for this for a looooong time since I started playing LSPDFR.  Trainers only offer auto-drive... which gets boring and I feel I don't have control.

I suggest anyone and every to download it, to at least try it out.  It has a great realism feel.  I LOVE patrolling on the San Andreas highways now, in a unmarked charger scanning plates and pulling speeders over.  

if you want a true realistic as possible police sim in LSPDFR, DOWN LOAD THIS!!!!!  You will NOT be ashamed.

Not had any crashes yet, the previous one would crash quite a lot, good job 👍🏻

Very simple plugin and I love it! Only issue I've seen is sometimes when you exit the vehicle it will crash the plugin. Simple F4 command to get it back though. Awesome job buddy!

I think this is a fantastic little mod. It's a little different take on the idea of cruise control, in that it actually caps your speed rather than locks it in. I think it would be really nice to have a toggleable option to lock the speed in too so that I can take my finger off the accelerator. I also think it would be really nice to have the ability to move the notification bar away from the top left, or to have an option of removing it altogether. It's nice at first to get an idea that it's working and what speed I'm going, but I don't like it staying up there the whole time cruise control is on. All in all, this is a fantastic little mod. There's nothing exactly like it. Really nice work!

If you want to keep it real then you need this plugin. Thanks for such a great and simple mod!!

I simply can't play without it anymore! It adds a new level of depth while patrolling! Functional, easy to use, and simple! Love it! Great work!

Exactly what I was searching for!

A simple, useful and working Cruise Control. It took a bunch of minutes, to me, to find out how to use it with ELS vehicles but when I got it I was almost crying for happiness =P

Even with some random crashes it's really great, although it crashes you only need to pop up the RPH console and type "LoadPlugin BasicCruiseControl.dll" and it works again as intended.

P.S.: for those having troubles I can say that there're 2 reasons:

- a plugin/mod conflict

- you are using an ELS vehicle. If this is the case, just activate once the ELS lights (default "J") and you'll see that the CC will then work with ELS Stage 1 and 2 and with ELS off, It will not work with ELS on Stage 3 'cause it is supposed that you are in pursuit or on an emergency then the CC will disable itself.

This is a great mod, but i`m having some problems. when i want to go on duty the plugin crash and stops my GTA screen... :(

Great! But it doesn't work for me anymore i can just go as fast as i want to, but it still says Breaking. So i dont know WTF is going on.

Please see what you can do because i think it is really good mod (when it works).

I reinstalled LSPDFR and all the plugins yesterday, but BasicCruiseControl just doesn't want to work:

- I cannot raise or lower the speed

- I can just drive as fast as I want, but in the menu, it says breaking all the time :I

Hello! very easy to install and use the plugin! 5 points for your work! but it does not work for me when I'm on duty. How to solve this problem?

Why havent I installed this before, I hate trying to control my speed when I am not responding to a job. Its hard holding the gas key mid way to hold it to around 40mph. I like that this mod regulates it to 35mph with the ability to toggle exactly how fast you would like to go. That it turns itself off when you have the stage 3 els lights on ! This is a good one, gonna mention it to my friends if they dont have it already installed. Wish someone would have shared this with me. Was looking for something like this for a while now! 

A must have. I can't play LSPDFR without this.

Only have two minor issues:

-It crashes sometimes when you get into a different car and then back into yours.

-It doesn't work when you use the engine power multiply in the trainer.  You will keep gaining speed and the notification will keep saying "breaking"

Can't seem to get this working, installation is in the plugins folder right? Same one lspdfr is in?
