I agree that Tasers should be available for police to use. In Australia, police have the only option (unless they call for specialised units) of escalating from capsicum spray to lethal force. A taser would provide a less than lethal option. However, I don't want to see it like in the US, where your pulling out your Taser at every street corner the moment you deal with a perp - only when a "firearm would be warranted but disproportionate" should a Taser be drawn. Tasers should only be drawn by a two officer patrol, one officer drawing a taser, another their firearm in case the taser fails.

I'm not playing LCPDFR for total realism - half fun, half realism. Citations are fine, however add these parking tickets if these people need to be pleased.

Post your diagnostics log Are you running any car mods etc.?

Remove all traces of ELS / anything else you downloaded such as SparkIV. Make sure you are running GTAIV as admin etc. If it does not resolve, try repair/re-install GTAIV EFLC. Also, I see your a Rush fan. Greetings, fellow Aussie.

The problem could be related to your 2GB RAM. Wait until LCPDFR 0.95 RC2, coming out soon.

You can actually get this error from just having the car mods. Not saving the vehicles at all.
