Same issue as me, the E button seems not work for gunpoint arrests. Melee arrests work only. "How do I perform an arrest?" Aim your melee/gun at a suspect and press "E".

Yes, I get this problem as well. Strangely, I was playing in GTA IV MP in Team Mafiya Work without LCPDFR and fell through the road into the Subway in Algonquin.

Please find where you installed EFLC and if its a LEGITIMATE version (non-crack). We can only assist if its a legitimate version.

You should try to complete the first mission of GTAIV and then save the game.

I play in hardcore mode but find it incredibly annoying when I get runover by fellow cops/other people.

They should not inform people through Facebook or social media that their site is back up. Just let users go at their own accord and once the majority have logged on without being told, they can then post it on Facebook/Twitter.
