Make sure your police cars, visualsettings.dat are original. Remove dsound.dll, advancedhook.dll and ScriptHookDotNet.asi from your GTAIV folder.

Mods may cause issues with LCPDFR. Remove them.

Your computer appears fine - make sure you have no background programs running when playing GTAIV. Leave your settings to the settings the game assigns, through the benchmark tool.

What further action do you believe is necessary to reduce the amount of repetitive threads in the Support forum?

Only time will tell. We don't know what's happening. What I can say is that the Testing versions have been great.

ScriptHook is included with LCPDFR. Everything you need to play LCPDFR is included in the installer. Run it again and if issues persist, please post a diagnostics log (link below).

There's a bug with the "E" button if you arrest something and you aim by clicking the RMB. Change aiming to "hold RMB" in the meantime.

You only need it if your using modded cars. Otherwise.. Stay away!

Go to Start>Run>type "dxdiag". Go to display. That is your graphics card. Go to the company's website and download your drivers.

Extract the whole folder. Click UpdateTitle. Further questions regarding this will be met with a report for wasting my time.

Are you running the game as administrator? Are you running car mods, ELS, etc.? Could also just be a random crash

LCPDFR is multiplayer compatible. However, expect crashes and conflicts such as with keys etc.

Update your DirectX and Video drivers as directed.

This game is designed for consoles.
