You simply need to press "E" after aiming at any pedestrian. Make sure you are aiming with a gun or melee (baseball bat).

No sound in GTA IV or on your entire computer? Test by watching some videos or playing some music. Have a Merry Christmas!

There's a bug if you try to gunpoint arrest someone and your using "TOGGLE" to aim. i.e. You are clicking (not holding) the right mouse button to aim. Change Aim Mode to "HOLD" to get the gunpoint arrest to work. I believe this will be fixed in RC2.

Yes, the helicopter can crash and explode.

Have you installed the 32 bit version of .NET Framework 4 and C++ Scripthook etc.? It could be your RAM, you have 2.74GB. Also, do you have any car mods etc. of any kind?

Are you running LCPDFR / GTA4 as admin?

Verify that the files/folder are not hidden etc.
