How do you get a ped to lay facedown for an arrest?

It sounds like a good suggestion. Customizing their weapons can balance it and/or make it more unique.

When you ask them to get out of the car, you can: 1) Arrest them or fine them (ALT+H) 2) Frisk them (ALT+R) 3) Release them (do nothing)

It tells us where it crashes (if LCPDFR is on).

Buy a Pre-paid Credit Card (with money you put in so it's not really a credit card).

Hi, welcome to LCPDFR forums. Please post a copy of your Diagnostics log and possibly LCPDFRErrorLogging & ScriptHookDotNet files (located in your root GTAIV folder). Does the problem occur without LCPDFR and/or without ELS?

They're working on an improvement for multiplayer. This mod is mainly for single-player, at the moment. But feel free to find someone to play the mod with on Multiplayer.

I like the idea - On PC, there's no need to increase our damage but there is a need to increase the enemy's damage on us.
