I believe the maximum should be two stars. If you need a helicopter/NOOSE/further backup, you can simply press your backup keys. Default should be one star, two star for specific missions etc.

Update your Framework. Update your game.

I believe you can, check the configuration file. It's in GTAIV/scripts

Post a screenshot of your GTAIV folder.

The asiloader is dsound.dll or xliveless. Reinstall LCPDFR V0.91, and it will automatically install dsound.dll for you.

If issue is not resolved: please update GTA4 and re-run the diagnostics.

I'd suggest user choice. If they want to assign different patrol cars, that's fine - let them configure the configuration file.

Why do you have Service Pack 3 on Windows 7?

Hello and welcome to LCPDFR forums. Are you starting it properly? You need to press ALT+P in-game, in single player or multi-player.

Make sure you have xliveless or dsound in your GTA4 root folder.

Strips would possibly need to be added to the game, your first suggestion is cool though. Suspect jumps out starts shooting. Of course no 100% headshots please (especially on hardcore!)
