Whatz sup everyone!

Well i have a little problem with the gta iv! i dont think its with the mod! but everytime i spawn back up they would come and engage against the suspect but once i turn off screen They disapear into thin air! i see thier police car and the people that was walking around but! i dont see my back up anymore! Did anyone ever encounter this problem before????
