  1. Alright today, finally had some time to play 30 minutes of the new hotfix. I found it very good, with the new helpful dialog messages. I did not like though being killed by 4 gangsters while responding to a shots fired call. Yes, I sort of drove right into them and they opened up with rifles. Died instantly, hardcore mode was on. Haha. Finally a real shootout. -Cops should not kill my suspect while he is sitting in my car (too agressive at uncooperative/cooperative suspects) -Game crash. This is the first time my GTA4 has crashed with LCPDFR, while I was running. -Less frequent car crashes. Let's try to be a bit more realistic, every 2nd car I pullover runs away immediately. -Less frequent "item found" frisk search. Again, the same as above. -After you get a suspect out of a vehicle following a car chase, they will get back in the vehicle again. You should make this less frequent. -Make the red GTA San Andreas style marker more accurate, don't make it move around so much from the front and backwards of a suspect when he is walking. Suggestion: Use the new GTA 4 marker. Thanks for reading!
  2. Hi there and welcome to LCPDFR forums. Please try re-install 0.90F, applying Hotfix 1 then Hotfix 2. Then, go to the fixes thread and re-apply Fix 5. Make sure you place the files in the correct folders. AdvancedHook should go to GTAIV root (the one with LaunchGTAIV.exe), while the FirstResponse file should go in the "FirstResponse" folder.
  3. Try the latest solution, fix 5 (bottom post).
  4. It is fine, we don't need cops yelling like their under fire for a routine doughnut stop.
  5. Haha, no ones favourite cop. You don't want them as a partner and you certainly don't want to be them.
  6. Your suggestions are great! Just one note, during a vehicle pursuit, you can PIT the car and then pull the driver out and arrest them using the ALT+H command.
  7. Post the diagnostics log, run this: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php?/files/go/dbc48a1c7bb05c347454529671b1276b/g17-media-iv-diagnostics-tool-043 and save a logfile. It's a good idea to update GTA4 to the latest version with brings in new features and fixes etc. The latest version is 1.0.7.0 and you can download it here: http://support.rockstargames.com/help/rockstar_games/GTAIV_patch_7
  8. Someone will be able to assist you shortly.
  9. Thanks for posting. They would like to add more options, but there's no voice dialog for them. (i.e. nothing for the police officer to say when they pull someone over)
  10. Have you disabled calls? Go to your FirstResponse configuration file in default "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Scripts". Make sure callouts (at the bottom) is set to 1. You can also try pressing F8 in-game.
  11. Did the fix, thank you it worked. Just a suggestion: Maybe you could turn off the Y/N message you receive when there is a callout. If not, could you increase the delay between the reminder message sounding
  12. The latest file is F5 or Fix 5. Use that
  13. Latest fix? So I need to update the AdvancedHook?
  14. When you receive a callout, the "selection sound" spams repeatedly until you press "Y" or "N" Unresolved -Partners may not spawn in your vehicle during start, when you press "Y" (Also, 2 sounds play when this message pops up. It should be 1 Unresolved -Medical assistance always unavailable? (Suggestion: Change the key, to like ALT+Shift. Pressing 4 keys is a pain!) Unresolved
  15. All the bugs are fine?
  16. I see, would it be possible to make it smaller (as normal) but still inaccurate?
  17. To play LCPDFR, press ALT+P. You can start LCPDFR in any multiplayer mode, but its best in Free Mode.
  18. Nice camo. There is currently some issues with LCPDFR. Go to the 0.90F Hotfix 2 (H2) FIXES thread located in the announcement section for a solution.
  19. There are major issues with Hotfix 2 at the moment. Apply the fixes. http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php?/topic/516-lcpdfr-090f-h2-fixes-topic/ Or if you can't be bothered, install 0.90F and hotfix 1. See if that works.
  20. You can click advertisements as you wish but at your own risk. Most are harmless.
  21. Firstly, I installed 0.90F H2 without problems today. I don't know if the developers updated the installer package or not but it worked without needing to do the fixes. I have identified a few bugs/things that could be fixed: -Enlarged reticle caused by LCPDFR that affects offduty and onduty (see screenshot)Cause: LCPDFR Hardcore mode - Suggestion: Make it as normal but also make it inaccurate -When you receive a callout, the "selection sound" spams repeatedly until you press "Y" or "N"Unresolved -Partners may not spawn in your vehicle during start, when you press "Y" (Also, 2 sounds play when this message pops up. It should be 1)Unresolved -You have two instructions when selecting characters/vehicle. One at the top left, one at the middle-bottom of screen. Remove one. Also use capitalization for the top left instructions. (see screenshot)Typo -Medical assistance always unavailable? (Suggestion: Change the key, to like ALT+Shift. Pressing 4 keys is a pain!)Unresolved Great job with how the new messages are delivered, looks neat. I also liked the hardcore mode. Also, quite funny with some suspects doing an attack on the police station. Alright, less turning this into a review. More to come on bugs~
  22. Did you install 0.90F Hotfix 2? If so, it's the probable cause of the problem.
  23. I have no issues with the ads on top on LCPDFR Heavy.
  24. You should be able to press ALT+P, when you get in-game. Weird
