  1. I dont use ELS so I don't really know.
  2. Mage25 replied to Sam's topic in Discussion
I'm using LCPDFR Heavy, the background on Clean looks amateur-ish.
  3. Yes, I believe the mod is compatible with EFLC.
  4. This is LCPDFR mod, not Project Reality GTA4. Anyway, different people will have different opinions on LCPDFR.
  5. I think of it as a fun mod, not for people taking being a police officer VERY VERY serious. It's a game - we don't need paperwork!
  6. Do you have a legal copy of GTAIV? Are SecuROM installed? Did you start GTA via LaunchGTAIV.exe?
  7. Mage25 replied to Asuna's topic in Media
There's plenty of mods for you LCPD police officers at http://gtapolicemods.com/
  8. Does anyone really use the in-game recording feature? How does changing the camera angles work?
  9. Nah, I was just asking if anyone knew when the next update might come. I would suggest you remove ELS if you want LCPDFR fully functioning. I don't use ELS (since I find it incredibly too realistic and bothersome). Maybe someone else could help you.
  10. Any ETA on the next update to LCPDFR, Sam or any of the devs?
  11. I don't want to wait a few minutes in my vehicle doing nothing waiting for a licence check to be performed. This is not real-life! It's a game.
  12. Did you download the manual or automatic installer? Automatic: Double-click it, follow instructions. Manual: Extract, place files in the GTA folder or as indicated. If in doubt, use AUTOMATIC installer.
  13. Hi, welcome to LCPDFR forums. It looks like you have installed everything correctly for LCPDFR, so the issue looks like it's with your GTA4. Try starting with Play Online? Also, did you patch the game to 0.90F H1?
  14. I don't think it's necessary to go back in your vehicle. This is a game! Let's have a line between simulation and reality. Warrants, Insurance - that sounds like a great idea.
  15. The automatic installer comes with the latest ScriptHook files. Re-install the mod.

I'm reminding you since you obviously don't follow the rules. One time... -_- Look through your posts - Used many times.

    What's with the frequent profanity?

The homepages is loading slower than before, is this because of your server downgrade?
  19. Love the NOOSE, respect the NOOSE. :) They're pretty good if you find a Gang Activity from the police computer, and call it about 4-6 units. Unfortunately, their effectiveness against unarmed suspects is WAY better than armed suspects holding shotguns/SMGs/rifles - they all die. :(
  20. You can't frisk someone if they are in a car/you are in a car. On foot, you simply press ALT+R. Make sure you installed everything, or show us the diagnostics log.
  21. Nope, just be patient.
  22. Good suggestion.
  23. But I hate ALT+P and ALT+P just to get a new car or requesting backup and stealing their car.
  24. Yes, a repair feature would be good. Oh, and during car chases (especially those with just one suspect), there is a chance the drivers may open fire on you. :)
  25. Hi, right click the installer > "Run as administrator". You could also go to Properties from the right click menu.
