  1. Excellent job on this, though I agree with what the previous commenters have said; the color is a bit too vibrant compared to what the powder-blue uniform actually looked like.
  2. It looks even more beautiful than I could've ever imagined; everyone has done such an excellent job on this.
  3. That is absolutely beautiful!; one of my favorite Cadillacs to date.
  4. Nice work; the amount of Lincoln Town Cars on city streets is usually quite staggering in the outer boroughs, though less noticeable in Manhattan. The Washington fits the bill quite nicely. :D
  5. Then you're misconfiguring something or doing something wrong. They are the only two ways to access GTA IVs files properly.
  6. I don't see this happening immediately; perhaps for a bit longer. Look at what happened to the 1991-1996 9C1 Caprice; they were plentiful and well loved right after discontinuation though are difficult to find in good shape nowadays. Here's hoping the CVPI will have better luck.
  7. At certain parts the looping could have been improved slightly, and perhaps the volume of the siren could be increased without too much distortion, but it is a good start.
  8. Also, concerning the taillights of your current model; the lights below them should be the reverse lights. They are currently the turn signals. The turn signals were incorporated into the tail light so the entire light would flash. See the second photo's taillights/reverse light. Compeast, they are all the same dog-dish wheel caps. Your photo is from a movie and happens to be rather low-res; there is actually text on the wheel cover like in Ceril's excellent model and the close up photos I dug up. By the way, the bus is looking beautiful! The 'money isn't everything' ad on the back of the bus is a fantastic nod to Speed [1994] as well as the 2525 bus number; glad to see the references!
  9. An honest shame; being that the last Crown Vic rolled off the assembly line on September 15th, 2011, they will no doubt soon be a thing of the past. I am an incredibly large fan of the panther platform as a whole; the good thing is that it seems that they will be sighted on the road for quite some time as parts are plentiful and they just don't die. Hoping to snag one as my first car.
  10. Words cannot describe my happiness at the moment. ---- Back to the thread, those hubcaps are certainly interesting! :3 - Good point on that one, Strike; guess they had a few surplus Caprice hubcaps around and thought they couldn't go to waste! :D
  11. That's really good news!; I noticed from that collision test that you had the signals in the wrong arrangement, though I figured it was a placeholder. Glad that you've fixed it though - now if only that bouncy-ELS problem could be sorted out, though it is absolutely entertaining mind you.
  12. After finding a few shots, it seems as if this generation LTD's dog dishes are much simpler than the 1988-1989. They appear to just be a flat, design-less, cylindrical add-on. [see photos in the spoiler tag, courtesy of a very lucky user over at a crownvic.net] Also, concerning the taillights of your current model; the lights below them should be the reverse lights. They are currently the turn signals. The turn signals were incorporated into the tail light so the entire light would flash. See the second photo's taillights/reverse light.
  13. I know that Ceril modeled a dog-dish wheel cap for the 1988-1989 LTD Crown Victoria he's been working on; that would look fantastic here as well. Even a standard-sized current CVPI hubcap wouldn't look all that bad;
  14. Concerning the taxi, I must say that the wheels/hubcaps always bothered me - the stretched CVPI wheel cover looks odd when this LTD requires a full on dog-dish. ---------------------- That GM New Look bus looks amazing though!; can't wait for the obligatory Speed reenactment.
  15. Shouldn't that be incredibly similar to the standard CVPI?
  16. Thanks; that would make for some hilarious moments when backup tries to arrive. :D - Thanks for undertaking the potential troubles of the ELS version though - it looks great.
  17. I do hope that someone can offer insight into this problem; that ELS lightbar looks incredible atop your already beautiful model. If this is fixed, will there be a release of the version that bounces too?; I think it is hilarious. :D
  18. Speaking of which, here's a photo of my scanner;
