  1. Here's hoping the Monaco will eventually be restarted though; we need more classic police cars that are ELS-enabled. :D
  2. I would also love to see a newer version of the Crown Victoria done in the style described in the original post as well. Preferably something 2006+.
  3. I can't thank you enough for this - it is fantastic!
  4. Thank you for your time and dedication then - and I look forward to some ELS-enabled models in the future. :D
  5. I'd absolutely love to see an NYPD/LCPD Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, with the correct Vision lightbar with red/white forward-facing and red/white/blue rear-facing lights, based upon Ubisoft's excellent Driver: San Francisco model. It should definitely be ELS-Enabled, and thanks to all who take a look. Picture of the correct lightbar below;
  6. Excellent job, but is there any chance of ELS compatibility?
  7. Any plans on doing a proper NYPD/LCPD version with vector lightbar?; the Driver San Francisco model is fantastic but I haven't seen one with a vector/NYPD-styled lightbar and ELS yet.
  8. Glad you've used the model from Driver: San Francisco. Now here's hoping I can get an NYPD version with vector lightbar sometime soon, using the Driver San Francisco model as well.
  9. I really hope so; these are fantastic models and ELS will only add to their useability. There aren't too many Caprices with ELS.
  10. I believe the honeycomb grille was introduced in 2003+ versions of the CVPI; before it was a blacked out version of the chrome grille. The chrome grille continued production 'till the end, most likely with the street appearence package equipped cars and possibly other unmarked vehicles. Also, I hate to bug you though I'd absolutely love a version with ELS.
  11. Fantastic job, as many have said before; the extra callouts are a welcome addition. I have two questions though; what are you supposed to do on the "Officer Needs Assitance" calls?; I usually pull up and find a cop just standing there doing nothing. And also, is there any way to have the character not change voice every few seconds based upon differnet lines?; there is dialogue in every voice for nearly every cop that just about covers things. You've done LCPDFR and players a great service. :D
  12. I have to say, I am greatly impressed by this mod. In combination with Policing Script by Bravehart, it makes an incredible addition to the standard LCPDFR. The bait car segments as well as the ability to place roadblocks are fantastic, and implementation of the PoliceHelper smartphone is fantastic; thank you for pausing the game while having it up! Keep up the incredible work. :D
  13. Well that solves that then, thanks for your time. ^^
  14. In playing LCPDFR, which is absolutely fantastic mind you, I have stumbled across what seems to be an odd predicament for me. Almost all of the callouts I receive are either domestics, suicidal people, or the occasional mugging. I rarely receive the other types unless I force the callout using ALT+F11. Are there any suggestions to rectify this, or should I just continue forcing callouts? I normally stick around the Broker area, within the general vicinity of Roman's first apartment. When I ventured from the area, however, I continued only receiving the types of calls listed above. Thank you to all that take their time out to help! :D
  15. [Thanks for your help as well, theninja35. And I won't hesitate to ask if I need anything :D] That just about clears it up for me concerning SparkIV. Thanks to you two once again! ^^ - Last question; concerning an asi loader, is one still necessary to switch the files in GTA IV out of read-only mode?
  16. I will admit, your reply was quicker than expected and helpful as well. Thank you. Another question though; what is SparkIV used for, and are there any simple instructions or tutorials to guide me through that process? Won't I also need some sort of ASI loader?
  17. Hello all, I'm fairly new to the modding scene as a whole, and especially when it comes to GTA IV. I've heard snippets of information here and there on how to make it moddable, but most of the tutorials are incredibly out of date, and I'm sure changes have been made since they were written. I need to know what exactly I must do in order to prep GTA IV for mods, such as LCPDFR. I've installed my copy from Steam and it is completely fresh. Any links will be greatly appreciated! :-D Also, is there anything I should know about using the most current version of the game, or do I have to install an older version of a patch?
