Disable Cops
As long as you don't call in backup and don't attend the suicidal or gang hideout calls, no AI cops should spawn in a multiplayer match with cops turned off.

Let's Play?
You know you're just posting complete spam. He doesn't want to watch videos right now. @McNamara- There's a thread for if you want to play right away in unorganized games. It is here: Also, if you enjoy playing realistically, you can join one of the number of role playing clans or multiplayer groups out there on LCPDFR, if that's your thing.

Can you stop AI police getting involved in your persuit?
I believe Harper's LCPDFR 0.95RC3 preview highlighted that there will now be a pursuit feature where AI police can be "passive" or "active", with the passive option meaning only cops you call as backup will join, and active being like RC2.

Would you say this pc works well for IV and other games?
The "red flag" for that system is the Radeon HD 7570. With that, I would think that you can run the game only on medium settings smoothly, and that goes for most PC-oriented games made in 2011 and 2012, also (Battlefield 3 or Max Payne 3, for example) . In my opinion, for gaming, the processor is kind of overkill, but you can't configure that, unfortunately.

Snow Mod Handling Question
Well, if any of you need the REAL download link, here it is: http://www.gtagarage...how.php?id=5740 Do they have AP courses in primary and middle school where you went? EDIT: Some good examples of 4WD cars include the ambulance, the cavalcade, and the patriot. There's a full list of vehicles and a bunch of specs for each car here: http://www.gta4.net/vehicles/

Snow Mod Handling Question
Well, you technically don't need the handling, but it does help in the immersion. The file in the mod labeled "materials" does most of the work in terms of car handling, although the handling.dat adds a bit more skidding, and I believe it helps differentiate 4WD SUVs with RWD sports cars in terms of skidding in the snow better. I've tested with and without, and the difference is minor.

EFLC
R Really? I didn't know that you took a performance hit on EFLC. I guess I am lucky, then, or maybe my GTA IV is not performing up to par!

GTA IV- LCPDFR
LCPDFR doesn't support cracked versions of the game. There are many brick and mortar retailers (Walmart, Gamestop, etc.) that sell GTA IV PC dirt cheap. If you want to buy the disc online, try Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Pc/dp/B001BNFQKO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1338142804&sr=8-1 If you want to buy and download the game, I'd suggest you buy it from Steam. If you want to download a pirated version of the game, you're on your own.

Supper's Videos *NEW* Latest Video- Helicopter Pursuit
Yet again, I've updated the first page with two new videos from the past few weeks. I hope you enjoy them, and remember to leave any feedback or suggestions! Despite that, I wish there was some sort of "video gallery" on this website so I wouldn't have to constantly multi post just to keep this thread updated.

EFLC
I get about the same FPS on IV and EFLC, and both seem to take mods with stability, although the game seems to load textures slower in EFLC rather than IV.

LCPDFR Spotlight NEOLUX'S ENB
I can kind of tell that you are using Neolux's N-RAGE ENB, but why does it ook so different from the videos in which he showcases it? Do you have your game on low settings?
-
Does anyone know what is this ENB
By chance, would that ENB happen to have d3d9.dll in it? (L3VO ENB) It seems that no ENB that contains any d3d9.dll in its contents seems to work for my computer. I've also been in a search for good ELS lights with an ENB without d3d9.dll.

Three Modding Questions
What do you seem to be getting in terms of stability and crashing? I'm crashing every 15 minutes right now with two TrafficFlows, with one loading every 20 seconds, and another loading every 40 seconds.

Three Modding Questions
Yes, as the title indicates, I have three modding questions, that inexperienced people like myself would not be able to answer, but people experienced with the files and modifications of GTA would know. I'll list them out below: 1) A few months ago, while looking for ways to increase NPC crime, I came upon a thread there that said its possible to increase gang violence by setting a variable in the pedgrp.dat, peds.ide, or some file of that sort from 0 to 1 to make them aggressive, or "hate", towards other gangs and the player, increasing the likelihood of hostile actions. Unfortunately, my forgetful self failed to save the page, and despite deep searching on the site at GTAForums and Google, I can't find anything similar. If you know of this solution, would it be possible to repost the solution? 2) I am using a modified timecycle in my game that increases the brightness of roads, and parts of Liberty City, particularly Union Drive East/West, are not covered by some HD road textures I downloaded. Are there any road textures that cover all roads in Liberty City? 3) Also, I currently use the TrafficFlow V5 fix for the taxi bug, but I would like more vehicle variety besides the 24 vehicles that already spawn. I know this has already been discussed, but is it safe to install multiple TrafficFlow scripts, each spawning vehicles less often than separately, and each having combined the same chance of random dispatch compared to just using one script? I would really like more vehicles, and I've found TrafficFlow is my most stable solution for the taxi fix. Any answers are greatly appreciated.

I need help with a the callouts
What would happen if you pressed "Y"? Would nothing happen? There is a bug in RC2 that happens less often then before where callouts are internally considered "Code 4", but there's no indication of it through the usual message.

what is the best mods for lcpdfr
Some good mods I like to use include IVDashCam V2.2/2.1, which provides speed radar in Liberty City, and CriminalActs, which will make people steal vehicles, and possibly pickpocket your person. It's also nice to use car mods and make your fleet themed. Some mods I like to use can be found heren (links to download are in description) :

LAPD Pursuit Responses
Great video! I like how both cars that were fleeing had two russians in them, and you had to "nudge" one emphatically to get him out when he was sitting in a tipped over car! Do you know of the download to the gun sounds? They are great! At that last scene, if you had hardcore mode on, you would've got slaughtered. :P
-
How about combining these 2
This hasn't been mentioned in a long time, but type "PPM" into the police computer, and you'll start a game mode similar to the "Zombie Apocalypse" mode, but more relevant to the urbanized Liberty City and its crazy people.

Supper's Videos *NEW* Latest Video- Helicopter Pursuit
Well, another patrol episode has been posted on the title page, with some new content, and some content actually created by me, which is namely my skin. Even with that, I am in kind of a dilemma to choose to use the 2011 or 2012 Dodge Charger for the future. If you would like, you could vote and decide that fate here: http://poll.pollcode.com/qrb8. You can also voice your opinion on which one is better here. Footage of gameplay for the 2011 Charger is in the first half of the video, and the 2012 Dodge Charger is in the second half of the video.

Thread for the xaPKPax LCPDFR Series (An Explanation.)
Oh, I forgot to mention this about the partnership. All you need to do is create a monetization account in your parent/guardian's name, and it should work. You don't need to monetize any actual videos, though. Once you have a monetization account, you can apply for a full Partnership. If you get accepted, you have a bunch of added features for uploading videos, but you don't have to monetize any. Also, you mentioned in the beginning of your latest video that you have AP testing coming up in school. I was just wondering which AP test(s) you are taking, as I also am saddled with AP testing, albeit with only one subject.

Oh yea....I'm back
Hey, it's great to see you back, although by the time I joined, your falling out with GPM seemed to have already happened. I have a bad feeling that the site may be completely shut down soon, and although the site is not the most agreeable, there are a lot of valuable modifications that are only on that site. Would it be possible to ask some of their major mod-makers such as Lt.Caine (I know he left the scene), Gfxle, or BXBugz (there seems to be a problem between EVI and him) to move here, or would the site just not take that?

Thread for the xaPKPax LCPDFR Series (An Explanation.)
Hey, about that question you posed at the beginning of the video, I believe that you deserve to be paid for all the time you put into it. Keep in mind though that if you switch channels, you may lose a substantial chunk of your viewers, since YouTube's algorithms generally always rank videos that have many views, and are from longstanding, popular channels above new channel videos. If you create some sort of blog with an adult payee, and link it to your channel, you could get money through there, though.
