Can you stop AI police getting involved in your persuit?

Featured Replies

The AI police often smash my car up and/or knock me down while in or at the end of a persuit.

Can the AI be told "don't get involved in persuits unless it's called for using the backup keys" via a variable or something?

Many thanks.

I believe Harper's LCPDFR 0.95RC3 preview highlighted that there will now be a pursuit feature where AI police can be "passive" or "active", with the passive option meaning only cops you call as backup will join, and active being like RC2.

Yeah, that would be awesome!

AI Police is annoying like hell... they are always knocking you over, ram all cars and make crashes in general. An option to disable them (disable join pursuit) would be very cool!

Would improve the gameplay alot, until you could actually have a pursuit without 10 police cars smashing and pushing each other...
