  1. Doubt you'll repeat that when you've got one of their bayonets shoved in your face :) Is that what you're here for? To argue? I'm sorry, but when you grow up and start to have a little more respect, then I'll happily talk with you, till then, as us Brits would say, cheerio!
  2. To be honest I find the way that you've asked this question quite offensive. I wouldn't mind if you asked it a bit more politely, but referring to her as "your old ass queen" is really unnecessary.
  3. This certainly was not a copy and paste, or I would have cited a source. If you're referring to the text below that statement, it's nothing like mine. It seems like that person cannot even spell.
  4. Do I really have to explain?
  5. The WPA wouldn't be applied here since there is no immediate threat to the person in question. It's for more serious situations for those who are testifying in court or those who have had attempts on their life, not because somebody shouted at them in street. If this was the case, every Tom, Dick and Harry would be in witness protection and as it stands, there seems to be no reason for WPA. All you need to do is call the police whenever you feel unsettled and they'll move them along.
  6. The OP is asking if it will. They have not yet installed LCPDFR so they are therefore not having any issues. No, LCPDFR does not affect your computer in the way you describe. Cookies are produced when browsing the web, not downloading software and LCPDFR does not affect windows itself. There is an option to install additional sponsored software when installing LCPDFR, just decline it if you do not want it.
  7. Don't waste your money.. Head to youtube and find a tutorial on building a PC yourself. It's super easy and doesn't require much effort, but you'll be able to get yourself a much better computer for the same price or even less. I built my first computer at 14. Cost me £500 but would've been worth over £900 at the time.
  8. Honestly, it sounds like an overheating or failing video card.
  9. Try checking your mouse sensitivity in the GTA settings. There was a known bug that 0.95 sometimes changed the mouse sensitivity when installed to a certain level, thus producing the symptoms you are describing. I am unsure if this was resolved in 1.0, however it's worth a quick check anyway.

There are plenty of unlocked ALPR's about. Use one of them instead.
  12. I am aware of this, hence why xlive is used in order to use 100% gamesaves etc. However, as I previously stated, it has no effect on ped mods.
  13. You won't be able to do it in Zmodeler. You need to use 3DSMax or similar.
  14. Yes. I do vehicles and I've got my own private peds that I have made.
  15. Then it's the model. Nothing you can do about that. You're just going to have to find another mod.
  16. xlive affects scripts, it will not affect installed peds. OP: Have you tried installing any other peds in that slot? That'll narrow down if it's the mod, or if it's your game causing the issues.
  17. You know the parking spaces available outside of your home? When you park there, the game saves the vehicle. The problem is, it doesn't just save what vehicle it is, but also what position it is in, and various other details. When you install a new car, these details change and the game therefore crashes. If you don't save your vehicles in the parking spaces, this doesn't happen. Make any more sense now?
  18. That happens if you save vehicles outside of your home and then mod them. Are you doing this?
  19. I think it'd be a good idea if we were able to automatically check the license plate of vehicles stopped at a checkpoint before they are waved through... What do you guys think?
  20. Not quite like the D though, is it?
  21. Hmmm... Maybe I'm getting confused. 0.8475623 seconds perhaps?
